| Your POV |
"Do you remember our New Zealand trip with Corey, Sam and Colby?" I ask Elton as I look through my laptop at the old photos.
"Of course. I would never forget a trip like that. Why do you ask?" Elton asks me, pulling up a chair beside me.
"I found all of the photos and videos of the trip." I say, looking through the album.
"Wow! Really?! My old Youtube videos too?" Elton exclaims.
"Yeah! I'm glad I found them," I say. "It's sad we can't go on trips like that where we do stupid stuff. Now we have to make sure our kids don't do stupid things." I laugh as I look through all the photos of our old group.
"Maybe when the kids are older we can do stupid stuff." Elton says, pulling me into a side hug.

"What about me when I'm older?" I hear my five year old son yell. I see him run down in his pjs holding his favourite stuffed animal.
"Now, Mr Luke Castee, what are you doing out of bed?" I say, picking him up and sitting him on my arm.
"I couldn't sleep!" He exclaims. Elton giggles and comes to take him from my arms.
"We were talking about going on an adventure." Elton whispers into Luke's ear.
Luke gasps dramatically and his hands fly to the sides of his face.
"Adventure?!" Luke yells with excitement.
"Adventure?!" I hear my little three year old daughter yell.
"Miss Mia! What are you doing out of bed?!" I exclaim in a playful way.
"Adventure! Adventure! Adventure!!!" Mia yells with excitement.
"Now, now... it's not until you're a little older." Elton breaks the news to them. They both sigh in disappointment.
"I've got an idea... why don't we build a fort and we will tell you the stories of our trips around the world?!" I say to them with a big smile.
"Yay! Fort!" Luke exclaims, wriggling in Elton's arms. Elton chuckles and lets him go to grab blankets, I do the same, letting the kids run wild. We decided to join in, helping them build the structure. I grabbed some fairy lights and used them on the inside of the fort while Elton was purposely mucking up the kid's creations. Every couple of seconds I could hear both of them exclaim "No Dad! You're doing it wrong!". I always chuckled to myself... and smile at the fact that I was lucky enough to have such a perfect family.

Eventually the fort was done. I turned off the lights and let the fairy lights be our stars tonight.
"Mum! Mum! Come in! It's so cool!" Luke exclaims, poking his head out of a make shift window.
"Mummmm! Daddy is hogging up the space!" Mia yells. I see my husband poke his head out of the same window as Luke.
"She's crazy! Don't listen to her!" Elton says to me as he shoves Luke's head back into the fort.
I could hear loads of giggling coming from inside the fort. I crawl inside and see Elton tickling both of them. As soon as Elton saw my face, he stopped and hid his hands behind his back.
"It was them two tickling each other!" He exclaimed.
"Noooooo!" Both of them yell. I could only laugh at all three of them. I pick up Luke and sit him in my lap while Mia rested in Elton's.
"Is it story time?" Mia asks Elton.
"It is! I'll tell you everything about our trip around the world." Elton exclaims, scruffing Mia's hair. Both children were on the edge of our laps, excited to hear our stories.

And with that, Elton began.
"Uncle Sam, Uncle Colby, Uncle Corey, Mum and I used to go around the world together. Guess where we went!?" Elton asks them.
"Uh... Egypt?!" Luke asks.
"New Zealand?!" Mia asks over Luke.
"Both! And more with many other people!" Elton exclaims. Both of the children gasped and climbed even closer to Elton. It was such a precious sight to see both of our children amazed about the wonders of the world. I know they'll take after both of us and explore the world too.

Elton recalled so many stories about our trips... even the proposal story in (insert dream destination). It was good recalling memories and thinking about the times where we did YouTube as a full time job and when we were young enough to still run around and do illegal stuff. I got to hear stories of the times where Sam and Colby would explore abandoned places, the time we lived in the "Trap House" and just all the times of being with my friends for most of my life. Without them, I wouldn't have met my husband and the father to my two wonderful children.
Seeing Elton making Luke and Mia smile with out stories made my heart melt. Their eyes sparkled more and more with ever word Elton spoke.

"Mummy! What was Dad like when he was younger?" Luke asks me. Elton raised his eyebrows at me.
"He was definitely something. He was never afraid of anything and loved to push everyone to do something great. He managed to get me to explore the world!" I explain to them.
"I wanna be exactly like Daddy!" Luke exclaims.
"Me too!" Mia yells.
"When you're older, you can travel across the world and leave a great impact on the world," Elton says to them. "One day, I'll be too old to be travelling... but by then, I would have travelled to every single country ever!"
Both of them gasp and start asking lots of questions. Elton talked about everything... what it was like to see other people from different countries, what it was like seeing animals that didn't live here. Everything

And eventually, the kids fell asleep to Elton's stories. His voice soothed them to sleep.
"Looks like they're out for the night." I say, laying Luke down on a make shift bed in the fort.
"They really want to be like us." He says in awe as he also lays Mia down.
"I'm glad. They'll do something great." I say softly, moving closer to Elton.
"I'm so lucky to have you, Y/N Castee. And I'm so grateful to have you as Luke and Mia's mother." He says, giving me a passionate kiss on the lips.
We relaxed with our kids laying on either side off us.
And we eventually drifted off to sleep as well.
