Dear Diary,
I guess it is true my time it slowly winding down. I'm gonna miss my friends and family, especially John. Speaking of John I haven't told him yet. I don't know how too. I don't want him too leave me. But I want him to move on and find someone for him. Someone who isn't about to die. Someone he can spend the rest of his life. Might was well tell him.
