Next morning

Shivaay woke up but he thought to let Anika sleep he came after bath

He saw Anika who was sleeping peacefully

He went towards her

S : Anika get up see I m ready still you are sleeping

A: (in sleepy tone) I got up before you Shivaay but I was not able to get up my head was spinning and I was too weak

S : what ?? You should have told me too get up na

He made her get up slowly and make her sit properly

A : last night also because of me you slept late so I thought too let you sleep

S : ok but now you get up freshen up I am here only Chalo I will help you

A : no no I will do it by myself

S : ok I m here only. If any need then give me call me I will be here

She changed her clothes

And called Shivaay to go at dinning table

Shivaay was busy in his phone while Anika was feeling something uneasy in her stomach though she was acting like every thing is perfect

They reached dinning table and Anika was about to give some food in Shivaay's plate she fell dizziness and was going to fall but Shivaay caught her❤️🤗

Shivaay was taking her to their room everyone followed him

Shivaay was facing worst situation he was crying .He placed her on bed pinky was consoling Shivaay who was crying

No body saw him like this ever

Jhanvi and Shivaay were rubbing his hands and feet continuously

S : om where is the dammit doctor?

O : He is coming keep calm

S : (a bit crying ) how can I om she not getting up . I m too scared.

He was crying 😭 like he had never cried

Doctor came

Doctor was checking Anika

Do : can you all please go out I want to check her.

S: you can also check in front of me no problem please check

Doctor glared towards ladies and all ladies dragged Shivaay out 😅😂😜

S : why you All dragged me out

Da : bcoz doctor wanted to check your wife billu

5 mins passed

For Shivaay it was like 5 hours passed😂😂

Doctor came out

S : how is she ? Is there any kind of problem ? Did she regained consciousness ? Everything is fine right ? Nothing to worry na ?? Can speak I m asking you something

Doctor : would you let me speak (with a sarcastic smile)

Doctor went towards Dadi

Do : aapki bahu ma banne wali hai 🤗😊 aur aap par Dadi .

Going towards Shivaay

Doc : she is pregnant Mr.Oberoi

Everybody was just shocked .
Shivaay was not able to react

Dadi : thank you for giving us the news

Do: Shivaay come with your wife for medical check-up and other things

S : (came back to senses) thank you and sorry

Do : it's ok . It happens she will regain consciousness in sometime

Shivaay was going towards Anika he remembers all the moments Anika with pari , Anika with sahil , when they talked about baby everything was just rewinding in his mind

S : Ani....Anika (he was not able to speak due to excitement, caressed her face and kissed her forehead)
When towards all the elders and took blessings
