Usually you're reflection does exactly what you do. But here is a trick I learned to see if you're reflection is actually your reflection or something else. Just pretend not to either by looking through your hair if you have long hair or you could turn around and use a smaller mirror to look behind you at the bigger one. And if you look long enough you might catch your reflection that's always mimicked you not copying you anymore.
