A Lovely Trap

Part 10

Manik's pov:

I came back to Bangalore after I told misha to publish those photos .  After a long time I felt a little relief and happy but I don't know for which reason maybe because I created a mess or else because of nandini, no ....no manik don't allow those feeling which destroyed you in enough .

Tho I created a mess I got no phone calls from Alia or dhruv and even Mr.Aggarwal I thought at least he will call me and beg for his daughters respect which I am tarnishing brutally , maybe that old hag got know that there is no use of begging me , well that's not my problem .

Then suddenly misha barged in my cabin without knocking . I was enraged how dare she when I was about yell at her

"I am s-sorry s-sir , dhruv and Alia are here to meet you and they brought police along with them , they are still downstair's maybe you should just go from here and think solution . " she ranted hurriedly .

Hmmm the drama queen and her puppy are coming here to blast me with thier questions . Fair enough .

"Don't worry ,misha send them in . I know how to deal with them . Okay !" I said her being nonchalant . But I know misha was bewildered of me being cool in this kind of situation ,again that was not my problem .

"Okay sir, as you say . Umm but if you want should I inform the company's legal team head maybe he can be help?" She suggested me with nervousness clearly in her behavior .

"Misha , I don't like repeating myself  . I said I know how to handle the situation now being a good employ which you are I suggest you to trust your boss to deal the situation . Now go and sit in your cabin " I told her with my calm composure .

"Okay good luck sir." I just nodded . So the princess is bringing her lap dogs , did she go bonkers I mean she was not a smart girl back then I guess somethings never change . She thought few police men will be able to frighten Manik Malhotra . Well she is more stupid then I thought. Come darling come your destruction is waiting for you and my dear long lost Besty also lost his brain I think .

Then with a sudden dramatic bang came in ,my favorite people (note my sarcasm ) .

"Now now inspector that is not the way you come into my cabin at least have some decency you should have knock the door instead of barging in "  I said with a smirk .

"Mr. Malhotra you are under arrest for tarnishing Ms.Agarwals name and releasing pictures without her permission"

All this while my attention was focused on love birds I mean Alia and dhruv they were holding hands and had a mean expression on their face  .

" oh ! What proof do you have sir and where is the warrant I mean I am an influential person so you have to have all this for arresting . Don't you ?"  I questioned him with my eyebrows raised and smirk and an killer look .

The inspector started sweating because he pretty well knows that I am right that fellow must followed Alia after she gave him money . How pathetic don't they know who hell is Manik I think so . Maybe they should know I just called the higher officials to complaint about the situation and bam the police ran away as if there was a fire . Hmmm I sure they will be  suspended as the punishment .

Now let's deal with lady and the gentleman

"So why don't you, have your seat then we can discuss about all the fuss about . I mean don't you know that you should take appointment before meeting me , I am a busy guy I don't have time for tantrums  and dealing with half wit people . "  I spoke casually as if we are discussing about weather and the funny part I can feel Alia anger radiating in waves and dhruvs displeasure about my comment about half wit people because he never liked people looking down at him because his ego is high as sky .
Then the expected happened miss Alia banged her hands on my table and exclaimed

"Cut the shit manik don't act I know that your the one who published all these photos . Now ,are you that obsessed with me that you can't let go of me . World doesn't revolve around  you manik . Why can't we just forget and move on and make peace without interfering in each other's life ?" She exclaimed .

"Alia now don't make everything about you who said you that I am doing this for you , really like seriously I am not a desperate one like dhruv . I am doing this for my self  I am punishing the ones who played with my emotions and feelings , you guys dint at least have decency to apologize heart fully you guys didn't even regret cheating on me . You know how I use to trust you both . You both could have just told that you have feelings for each other rather than cheating  on me . And you expected that I will forget everything I am not naive Alia I am a monster who doesn't feel empathy . And this monster my dear you guys created with your betrayal now bear that . Now don't ever  step inside my company I can't waste my time ! " I told them with my cold expression . Alia flinched at my voice and discreetly moved towards dhruv wanting protection and then dhruv came forward encircled his arm around Alia and he glared at me as if he was warning me after that both walked out of my cabin .

Dhruv you think you can fight me no buddy when your sister will be in my cage then I guess I can see a helpless expression on your face and begging me . Hmmm I guess I should hurry the process of trapping  nandini . Now that dhruv got know my intention of my revenge  he will protect people whom he cares about .

Now that's where manik is wrong .
