Here ya go! I hope you enjoy!
I had had it. I was tired of all of it. Three months of being concealed on the palace grounds had finally gotten to me. I was at my breaking point. I didn't care about the rules anymore. I wanted to get away from everything, everything that was Asgard. I wanted a little bit of freedom, and I was going to stop at nothing to do it.
Feeling very resolute with my decision, I pulled on brown sandals with straps that I would be able to run in. Grabbing a light shawl, I slipped out the door, walking causally down the hallway as to not draw attention to myself. Nobody paid much attention to me as I slipped through the extensive hallways with practiced ease until I found myself on the palace grounds. I skipped down the steps into the garden, knowing there was clear pathway into the woods. Unfortunately, it was normally guarded so I would have to figure out a way to get passed them without being spotted. Luckily for me, I already had a plan.
Over the two months since the awkward conversation with Loki by the Jade Vines, he had been teaching me illusionary magic. It was amazing. The feeling that practicing more complex magic brought was magnificent. It was like nothing I had ever experienced before. During the little meetings in the library, he had taught me how to make distractions. He remained impassive during our little 'lessons' which meant I could never tell if he was impressed or tired of dealing with me. His expression and voice remained impassive, so I could never tell what he was thinking.
Approaching the path that led to the woods, I used my magic mixed with the skills that Loki taught me to make a distraction for the guards'. I made it look as if there was a suspicion person in the garden, making the shape with plants and making an illusion with what Loki had taught me. By the time they reached the illusion, it would have morphed back into plants, and I would be on my way to a few hours of much needed freedom.
The guards immediately took the bait, and I was running down the path in a matter of seconds. I couldn't keep the stupid grin off my face as I raced down the path into a thick patch of woods. It felt so good to be off the palace grounds, and it had only been less than a minute. I let the pull of nature all around me pull me through the woods, looking at anything and everything, taking as much in as I could. It felt so nice to not have anyone around me, constantly watching me.
It wasn't like anyone would notice I was gone anyway.

I wasn't sure how long I stayed out, but the sun was slowly getting lower in the sky. I was currently wading in a creek, swishing my feet around in the clear water and looking for any signs of life. I smiled as I spotted a few crayfish and minos by the bank. Here, it was easy to enjoy nature, the only noise being of the creek, birds, and bugs.
My eyebrows furrowed as a new sound entered the fray. It was a loud noise that resonated through the earth. It sounded like something very large was rushing around. I looked up in surprise as I heard someone shouting. The voice was deep, obviously masculine. The hand that clutched my dress, keeping it out of the water, tightened in fear as I realized that I was completely defenseless beside my magic which still wasn't very strong.
It was hard to tell who it was as they were obviously still farther away, but I could tell it was someone familiar. The voice and noise was steadily growing closer, and I could now tell that there was a horse with the person. My eyes widened in shock as I realized who was riding the horse. It was Loki. Before I could recover from my shock, Loki appeared in the clearing, riding his dappled gray mare. Loki immediately pulled on the reigns, effectively stopping Luna in her tracks.
"(Y/N)," he said breathlessly. "Where have you been?" he asked, his voice hardening, but I could tell it wasn't in anger which surprised me. I used my arms to gesture around me as an answer, not sure of how to explain. If Loki was looking for me, chances were other people had noticed I was gone. "Do you know how long you've been gone? It's been hours since anyone has seen you. There was a suspicious figure in the garden, and you-" I cut him off, grabbing my stomach as I laughed. "What's so funny?" he snapped, obviously growing agitated. His confusion made it all the better.
