Amies pov
She was sitting in her hideout where she and Bruce were starting to turn into a functional place when Roy came in
"How are you holding up" Roy said coming in
"Not Well....I cant help but feel...worthless" Amie said then Roy hugged her
"Number one...Bruce would beat my ass if I let you say that about yourself...he's kinda intimidating to be honest" Roy laughed as he put a smile on Amies face
"Why do you always find the bright side to everything" Amie said
"Everything happens for a reason just...wait and see" Roy said
"Your a great excuse for a brother" Amie said hugging him
"I know" Roy said hugging back
Bruce's pov
He was staring out of the window shirtless thinking about the look on Oliver's face when he was dying
"Damnit" Bruce said then knocked stuff over and plopped on the bed and just thought about the one thing that kept him going....Amie
"So this is what you bloody doing with your life now huh" Alfred said
"Last thing I need is a lecture Alfred" Bruce said
"I was looking for you everywhere...should of thought that you went to central" Alfred said
"Yeah well it's not like I'm going back anytime soon Alfred!" Bruce snapped
"What's her name" Alfred said
"What?!" Bruce said
"What's her name" Alfred continues
"What are you" Bruce said blushing then Alfred interrupted
"I nearly raised you....I know when you are lying master b" Alfred said
"Her names...Amie" Bruce said
"What's she like" Alfred said
"She's really..feisty..smart..kind..helpful..fast" Bruce laughed "beautiful"
"What does she look like then" Alfred said
"She a little shorter than I am..short brown hair, the lightest brown eyes, she has the cutest little dimple on her left cheek when she smiles" Bruce said then smiled at the thought
"Well I hope to meet her one day.." Alfred said
"You'll be in for a surprise" Bruce laughed
Narrative POV
"Shots fired units in pursuit for of a van"officer one
"Hey I want air support now these bastards they shot one of our own" lance said
"That cop was just asking for my license man you didn't have to shoot him" thug one
"Get me closer" lance said
The thugs shot a tank truck driver to block the cops off
"Come on..damnit" lance said
Roy's pov
"Hey that's him" thug 2
"Thought he was green" thug three
