Hey , My name Is Mya , I'm 7 years old. I'm an Orphan at Saint James Orphanage home. I hope I do get adopted.

" Mya , it's time for breakfast. " I opened my eyes seeing Miss.Bahja looking at me. " Don't want to eat that crappy kind of cereal. Plus I'll make you pancakes. "

" Pancakes?! " I got up in excitement I always loved her pancakes. " I want some Bahja. "

" Then get on up & change into your day clothes Hun. " She told me. " I'll be waiting outside of the room okay? "

" Yes Bahja. " I said as I was currently looking for a pair of clothes.

After I did it was a Pink shirt with a Blue care & a pair of jeans. I went into the bathroom getting changed & all the extra stuff. That your not suppose to know stalky people. Tehe

" Done Bahja. " I walked out. " I need my hair done. "

" I can see come here baby. " She patted her lap as I sat on it. " Imma make you look like Queen. "

" A Queen?! " I gasped. " I'm going to be a beautiful one like you right? "

" Yes Maya. " Bahja giggled combing my hair. " But your beautifuler. "

I smiled. " Thank you. "

" Your welcome. " After that she was done I ran to the mirror they had in the hall. I do look like Queen!

" Thank you mommy! " I hugged Bahja's legs. " I mean Bee. "

" No problem. Let's go I believe their done & I'll make my famous pancakes. " She told as I nodded.

We started walking down the stairs as only a few older kids were there. Some of them are mean some are nice to me.

" Come in the kitchen with me. " Bahja mention as I did. She sat me in a tall chair as I seen the other two staff cleaning.

" Good morning Bahja. " Miss.Zonnique said. " Guess who I'm planning on adopting? "

" Stacy? Karla? Ace? " Bahja guessed names as she shook her head. " Than who? "

" You know how Bre adopted Javen? " Zonnique said as she nodded. " Well I'm adopting Tatyana as I surprise , cause you know they are twins at heart so since Bre & I live next door than why not make them happy? "

Bahja smiled with nod as she continued cooking. " Right. "

" Your adopting the only nice ten year old left?! " I said heartbroken. " Why? "

" Well good morning to you to Mya. " Zonnique said. " But of course every child needs a home & I feel ready for it you know when Javen left Tatyana felt depressed & so did she. So I think it's a good thing that they be cousins. "

I nodded. I always wanted to know why they didn't take me to? Every nice person is getting adopted last week it was Nay , & then Jermaine?

Am I a bad kid? An ugly one? No I'm not ugly I'm pretty from what I was told.

" Imma talk to you later Bee I gotta do some paperwork. " She said. " Bye loves. "

" Bye Zah. " Bahja smiled as she passed me my pancakes just the way I like them. " Maya are you okay? "

I played with my pancake. " I want to be adopted! I don't like it here , every nice kid is getting adopted. Believe it or not Alexis left yesterday. I wanna be in a nice home. That's what I been praying for all my life. "

" I know you have God's just trying to find the right people for you. " Bahja looked at me. " Now eat your pancake & after that I'll take you the playground. "

" Alright. " I said depressed as I started eating as I heard her sigh. After I was done I struggled to put the plate in the sink.

" Here I got it. " She spoke as she put it in. " Now let's roll. "

I giggled and nodded as I held her hand as she held mine looking down at me with a smile as we arrived to the park they had.

" Go play. " Bahja order me a bit.

" I don't wanna unless you play to. " I said in my adorable baby voice. " Since I have no one. "

" Alright sounds fair. " She agreed.

We played tag & then a new game where we have to be protected from a monster!

" Do you see the monster Queen Bee? " I searched. " I can't see him in sight! "

" Well Princess Mya , I think he's hiding in our cave. " Bahja looked.

" Our cave? " I gasped. " How did our butler open the gate? "

" I did think so. " Bahja sighed looking at me. " Do you hear that? "

" No. " I looked confused.

" I think it's coming from..... " She was cut off. " Ahh Mya it's got me!!! "

" No!!! " I tugged at her arm trying to pull her up. " Bahja!!! "

She laid there as she looked up at me. " Run Mya. "

" Why? " I started walking backwards. " Oh no! "

" Roar I'm a monster! " She laughed with hands like claws.

I giggled as I ran as she cased me until she got me. " Now Mya become one! "

" NOOOO!!! " I giggled as she tickled me. " Ahhhh!!! "

She laughed as helped me up. " Your a monster now. "

" Yay! " I hugged her cause we are now... " Queen & Princess monsters! "

" Yes. " Bahja laughed. " Let's get cleaned up & do something. "

I nodded as we went back. Today wasn't pretty bad , she's acting like mother & at lunch & dinner she coked my favorite meals I mean I was happier than Santa Claus when he has cookies.

After dinner we watched tv until it was bed time.

I changed into my night clothes. & prayed in my room.

" God please let me be adopted! I'll be forever thankful for that. & thanks for letting it be a good day. Amen. " I got up seeing Bahja at the door with a suit case. " Your leaving me? "

" No your leaving with me. " She smiled. " Hello daughter. "

My eyes got teary I ran & hugged her. " Thank you thank you thank you! "

" No problem I answered your prayers God found you a new mommy. " Bahja smiled at me. " Now pack up & come we are going home. "

I grabbed everything. I couldn't be anymore happier.

My mommy was in front of my eyes this whole time. Thank you God forget blessed.

I'm no longer an orphan. I'm a daughter to a loving mommy.
