Toko sat next to Byakuya again and held her head on the table instead of looking at him.
a small and gentle sneeze emmitied from her.
Byakuya scoffed. "tch, what you get for idioticly running into rain rufsing you to use your umbrella."
Toko shot up, flustered, a crimson blush across her face as she stared him dead in the eye while tugging at her braids. "Byakuya-Sama was looking at me?! i can't believe I've earned you're gaze~!"
Byakuya defensively turned to her. "of course not! i wasn't even looking at you,you were just in my field of vision." he retorted.
"Oh byakuya-sama i knew you cared!" Toko said excitedly, she had discarded his objection entirely.
"didn't you hear me fool? i wasnt staring at youv you dont deserve my time." he objected again.
"Oh yes Byakuya sama, i understand i just thrills me to think you saw me at all~"
Byakuya grunted quietly as class began.
he payed close attention to detail, taking occasional notes until they broke the class into groups of two, Togami heard the names, the lists but froze slightly at.
Togami and Fukawa
Byakuya was pleased at the thought until he caught himself slipping again, he stopped it, stopped the wholesone and kind thoughts about Toko.
Toko and Byakuya pushed their desks together to work easier, it was the closest theyd ever been and Byakuya had this strange ting/burning in the pit of his stomach as their shoulders almost brushed against each other.
"I suppose we should just go through the questions, no problem." Byakuya muttered to himself before getting through most of the questions easily.
Toko didn't really do much work but noticed a few of the questions that her peer had skipped, had her Byakuya-sama stunbled upon a difficulty.
"B-Bayakuya-sama-" Touko pushed out quiety. Togami hummed impatiently. "y-you skipped a f-few.." she said anxiously.
"Im aware. they'll take a long time i figured id come back to them." he explained simply.
"i-i can do them." Toko offered.
"sure, if you can get them done before i can finish the rest." Togami challeneged.
sure enough she did, and he finished his portion, Byakuya felt a ping of- something. if was a flutter maybe, he went a touch lightheaded.
he grabed to the table casually for brace, humming quickly and quietly before standing up and carrying the assignment to the teachers desk leaving it and seating himself by fukawa yet again.
"B-Bayakuya-sama?" Togami groaned in response. "c-can we talk?"
Byakuya sighed deeply but shrugged his shoulders refusing to engage in the conversation fully.
"I need to confide in you byakuya-sama... b-but you have to promise not to t-turn me in if i do..." Touko informed.
"it depends. i probably won't waste my breath on you." he said irritably.
"I-Im genocide Jack..." she whispered to him quietly.
Byakuya turned to her sharply with not panic or fear but confusion, how such a timid girl commit so many murders maybe there was more to her than met the eye.
"How dare you claim something so broad-" Toko cut him off. "Well I-I'm n-n-not i s-share a body with h-her... t-textbook s-split p-personality."
Touko paused twirling a braid between her fingers. "I'm so sorry for cutting you off Byakuya-sama it'll never h-happen again."
"You just dont strike me as a serial killer." Byakuya explained. "I-I'm s-sorry to dissapoint you byakuya-sama... i-i t-try." she replied quietly
"Promise me something," Togami started. "Anything~!" Touko quickly complied.
",You maintain control, I know you're capable." He continued.
"of c-course, I'll d-do my best By-Byakuya sama." she responded with a smile.
"Togami m-may i ask you a question?" Byakuya nodded looking to Touko weakening slightly.
"Can you promise not to tell if i dont let her take c-control?" Touko requested. Togami nodded. "Of course. Its nothing you can control."

Naegi and Byakuya stood in the science lab which was vacant of any other students besides the two as they worked on their project.
Well more Makoto was working on the project and Togami was spaced out staring at a wall contemplating what he'd said to Touko.
he didnt care about her. right? the two are clashing ends and Togami didn't like her. right?
he was so nice to her, he didnt do do anything specific but it was like that intruder reached a hand into the forbidden area, into his brain and had made this sick feeling in his body that he wanted more of and nobody else was delivering it.
Touko engulfed interest and this flutter in him and he didnt know how to get it back. maybe he reciprocated some kind of feelings for her.
even if he did he was out ot her league, nobody married in his family, the point was just to continue the bloodline, you have as many children as you can until you lose chemistry.
maybe he wanted something like a friendship, maybe he was willing to risk his position for a girl, was she worth the headache, the stress the pain.
"Sir Togami?" Byakuya looked over sharply to Makoto. "What peasant?" Togami snapped back in response.
"Are you actually gonna work on the project or... if not I can work on some other things..."
Byakuya pulled a notebook out. "of course im working i was just thinking about the project."
"Okay, cool." Makoto smiled and went back to scribbling down whatever he was on the paper.

Togami walked home, continuing to allow himself to think about Fukawa, although he knew it wasnt great, he thought of her all day, for the rest of the day to the night.
Togami thought of his feelings for her, if they grew would or better yet should he pursue them? would they be true? real?
is her so called love for him real? she confided in him with something that could ruin her life and yet he feels closer to her rather than revolted.
he spent the night asking himself what he felt and thought for and of her.
boy did he have a lot to contemplate.
