"Awww, pink pilot's having another pity party," Bluster mocked, before leaning back from his telescope and sniggering.

"What evil plan shall we enact to push her along, boss?" Robbie inquired after joining Blusters chuckles.

"Hah, I don't even have to intervene! She's so down she isn't even driving her cloud-cart, or whatever its called. But of course..." Bluster began, theatrically motioning about as he spoke. "Messing with those bears is just too. much. Fun,"

A dreadful feeling lingered in Cheer as she tried to sort herself out. It was making it even harder to think. She looked around her room, where a few notes were scattered. Her bed was a mess from her looking through it for her list. She pulled her knees up to her chin, her mind getting cloudier and cloudier as she failed to get herself together.

Suddenly, she heard some shuffling and entertained whispering from outside, and her ear flicked as she tried to tune in to whatever was going on.

"Hahah! We caught the whiffles seed of caring- too easy.!"

"Thanks to my ingenius, brilliant plan-"

"Heeey-! You ca-"

"SSShHH! Robbie.."

Cheer heard some hoarse, hushed and notably grumpy whispers, followed by a defeated sigh.

"Thanks to Blusters brilliant plan, the seed of caring has been stolen... from the whiffles.." A disinterested and monotone voice droned.

"Thats right, my malicious matey, and it was as easy as stealing candy from a baby! Why?"

"Because those care bears did not show up."

"Because those care bears didn't even bother to try! Shows how much they care, hmmm?"

"And now we have the seed of caring and not the whiffles. This is all because our great leader, Bluster, made a plan and stuck with it, thereby not letting his people down.."

"It was hard, Robbie, really. But what other choice did I have? I couldn't just, mope around, feeling sorry for myself and shirking my leader responsibilities, now could I?"

"Wow, Bluster, boy am I lucky to have a leader who is good, not like the care bears leader, who is bad."

"You know what Robbie, I think the care bears would be better off with a leader who doesn't let them down,"

"You are right, Bluster. The only thing stopping the care bears from stopping us is that their leader, will not quit."
"Hehehe, Come come now, Robbie, we've got a seed of caring now. It's time to-"

"Yea yea get over yourself, let's go back to the lair for goodness sake,"

"You mean for evil s-"

"Don't."

The voices faded into fuzzy whispers as the two deviants seemed to be on their way.

Cheer stared at the floor in horror.

She should tell the others Bluster got the seed right? Wait, they'd know if that happened, Tenderheart would've called them up about it or it would've come up on Good Luck's map.

That must mean... they just weren't telling her.

Cheer felt a hopeless, sick feeling settle into her and she covered her face in shame.

What should she do? She can't try and fix all this- she'd surely make it worse. She already had, hadn't she? The others probably didn't want her around.

She didn't know what to do. She just wanted to disappear.

Her dark thoughts fed on each other, only increasing her distress.

Disappear...

Cheer raised her head as she thought. That's what I'll do, I'll just disappear. At least for a little while...
