Personality-
He's professionally nice- he does set a bit of boundaries between new people and himself and doesn't give away any personal info he could keep to himself. He's a bit chill and brilliant academically. He takes calculated risks and strives for development within his work and encourages others to do the same. Everyone he works with or works with him will only have that boss/worker friendship since he wants to keep things professional and not overstep relationship boundaires. He thinks a lot of people should have the opportunity to have the best future they can so he actually has a couple of schools built around for that reason.
