ch. 6 homecoming

it was 6 days until graduation. Today was homecoming, mia got me a purple and black dress. lola was doing my make-up and mia was doing my hair, they got ready an hour ago. I spin around and show the gurls

mia: Beautiful

wolfy: I wonder if Cinderella is gonna be there?

we laugh. ty still hasn't given up on finding Cinderella. Him and Samantha broke up after the big fight. me and Samantha or sam are still friends she is trying to make ty give up and I'm with her on it

lola: come on, ur the DJ so u need to get there before everyone else

I was the DJ so.... we walk out to my car and drive to the school

lola: I can't wait to find out what college were going to

we get to the school and run to the gym

principal: Hello gurls

wolfy: Hi

principal: The DJ both is beside the stage

I run over to it and setup

lola: Wow

the spin aroun and look at the gym the colors were purple and blue. I hooked up my laptop to the speakers. I grab the mic and test it

Wolfy: Test

it worked. I play a song from my laptop, 22 by Taylor Swift

mia: Nice

wolfy: Wait

I play the mix jason helped me make. It played through the speakers. TC walked in

jason: I kno this song

wolfy: Of course u do u helped me make it

we all laugh. I see ty is looking sad

wolfy: Yo ty, what the matter dood?

ty: 6 days 'til we all leave for college and I still haven't found Cinderella

wolfy: Be happy for at lest this whole dance

ty: Fine

he puts on a smile. I play random songs. after everyone is here all u see is people dancing laughing talking. the principal hand me a note, I stop the music

wolfy: Can we have Lola, mia, ty, adam, ian, jake, kyle, quitin, annie, alesa, louis, maddie, mitch, jerome, jason, me and arika on stage

I walk over with the mic in hand. TC, lola, jake, mia, kyle and arika walk onto stage

wolfy: Arika has been accepted into The Performing Arts college in LA

the crowd claps and I hug arika

wolfy: Annie, louis, Maddie and Alesa have been accepted in to Boston University

I hug annie, alesa, louis and maddie

wolfy: And Me, lola, mia, jake, Kyle, ian, adam, quitin, mitch, jerome, jason and ty have been accepted into VEU

we all hug each other

principal: Congrats to u kids

I walk back over to the DJ stand and continue playing the song

When they say the king and queen

Principle: And the King of homecoming is Ty

ty walks onto stage

principal: And the queen is.......,..... Wolfy

What? no, why? I walk onto the stage a 11th grader puts a crown on my head

principal: Now the king and queen dance

ty takes my hand and we walk onto the dance floor wich has cleared up. me and ty danced to Hey there Delilah

ty: U look beautiful

wolfy: Thanks, u look handsome

we both laugh. he spins, I want to sing but I don't. I stare into tys eyes

ty: ur eyes are pertty

I giggle

wolfy: Thank u

I hear the song, its almost over

wolfy: I better get back to DJing

I turn around, ty spins me and dips me

wolfy: U always do this?

ty: yes

I giggle. I stand up and my forehead rests on his forehead. we were about to kiss. I pull away and walk to the DJ booth

xxx: U SHOULD OF KISSED HIM!!!!

xxxx: OH COME ON!!!

I grab the mic

wolfy: he already has his Cinderella

I walk out of the gym. lola and mia follow me. I get into my car and the gurls hop in

lola: U should tell him

wolfy: No, only 5 days til he gives up

I drive to lolas apartment. we sit and just watch movies

2 hours later

Jake, kyle and TC exept ty walk in. ian gives me my laptop

wolfy: Thanks

ian: No problem

they all sit down

wolfy: 5 days left

ian: Half a week

we all sit in a circle to play truth or dare

I point to mia, she smiles like an idiot we all laugh
