Unsure of how to approach this situation at first but when he get his head straight and knows this is a normal thing he will be right by your side ready to help with anything. Normally that is rubbing your belly slowly when your cramps get too much or running out for supplies, he is no doubt 100% ready for anything. So much so that he as a special cabinet in this bathroom dedicated to the things you need and he makes sure that it is never empty.

Yeonjun-

Smooth and knows exactly what to do. One day you woke up and it was that fateful first day of your period and you stumbled to your cabinet for supplies when you found a bunch of things with a tiny note that read "baby I can't be here today due to schedules but I got you these". This pile included chocolate, painkillers and every variation of pad on the planet, you know he panicked and grabbed anything but that didn't stop you sending him a cute appreciation text.

Beomgyu-

I see him being the most flustered about the situation but that doesn't mean he doesn't try. Hugs hugs and more hugs were coming your way as he tried to figure out what you needed. He knew cramps killed you and you needed space so when they hit, you would always hear the front door slowly close because he was headed to get you painkillers and tones of sweet treats for your movie marathon later. It was no surprise for him to spoil you rotten during your hellish week.

Taehyun-

Always asking you what you wanted because he didn't want to add to your discomfort during this week so you did most of the asking. Whether that be for a giant cuddle session or for him just to hold your hand while you watched a crappy love film he would do it. Always your shoulder to cry on when your emotions override logic and he never laughs or makes fun he simply kisses your head in understanding. Basically the sweetest angel ever.

Kai-

Now don't underestimate his understanding just because he is the youngest. He has sisters so he knows the drill. He is the chillest when it comes to buying you supplies... on the outside whereas in the store he kinda panics which leads to him just grabbing everything and earning a "she is a very lucky girl" from the cashier to which he flashes the widest smile and thinks maybe he is the best boyfriend ever (he is). When you need him close he will be, letting you lie on his front while he rubs your back slowly, humming as well.
