This chapter is a little cheesy....

“Have fun!” Katrina said cheerfully. Autumn, Katrina, Emma, and Nicki all decided to take me to the house, which wasn't quite far from my dorm. Yes I was pretty happy that all my college and highschool friends seemed to bond so well.

        “Sure." I groaned.

“I’ll help you get the luggage," Emma and Katrina both said.

“Yeah right, you only want to check out  ‘my hot house mates.'" I snorted.

I got off of the car and opened the trunk. Inside were 4 suit cases and a backpack. Emma, Katrina, and I started loading everything off the car and taking them to the house. Before we could do anything, Lucas intervened.

“Now, I wouldn’t want a pretty lady like you carrying half of Arianna’s stuff. We’ll grab it for you." Lucas said, appearing out of nowhere with Kenzien by his side. Lucas winked at Emma. She scowled but blushed.

"I can carry her stuff, thanks a lot though." Emma muttered, grabbing her stuff back.

“I’ll grab yours." Kenzien said, grabbing my suitcase. The wheels hit my leg and I lurched forward, losing my balance. Kenzien grabbed my arm at last second and pulling me toward me into his arms.

        “Oof!”

"You okay? Or do you need some extra assistance.” he asked, looking at me straight in the eyes. Those crystal blue eye’s were sort of hypnotizing. For the first time in my life, I didn’t know what to say back.

"Whoa, slow down..." Dameon joked. Katrina’s head turned to the source of the voice. I tried prying away from Kenzien, but he wouldn’t let go.

“Let me go!" I hissed. He just smiled.

        “Nope.”

“Hands off the girl.” Nicki shouted, coming out of the car. "That's harassment, you imbecile."

        Kenzien loosened his grip. "Look-"

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!” a shriek blared. Kenzien quickly pushed me aside and I bumped into the sharp part of the car. I stopped myself from screaming. It was between my shoulder blades.

“Are you okay Arianna?" a gentle voice asked from the car.

“Yeah, I’m fine.” I called out, grimacing. Luckily, everyone was in their own commotion, and no one noticed me getting pushed. I breathed a sigh of relief.

“Who was that?!” It was the auburn haired girl I remember seeing from the café. I winced in pain.

“Are you sure you're okay Arianna? You’re bleeding.” Autumn asked again.

        “I’m okay.” I mumbled nervously.

“We should go get it cleaned up.” Autumn said gently, walking me into the house. When we walked by Lucas, he turned to stare at my back.

        “You're bleeding.” he said awkwardly.

“No shit Sherlock!” Autumn muttered sarcastically.

He looked down, somewhat guilty. We went to the bathroom and luckily there was a first aid kit. I noticed the house was very large, and had a living room with a flat screen TV, and a kitchen and dining room too.
