It's here finally,
After holding it hard and fast
It's happening,
We are parting
Parting away from each other.
I wish I could still this sands of time,
Because I am not ready,not yet
Not that I'll ever be
But a mere second extra with you,
Would be worth the entire tyranny.
We weren't even together to begin with,
But being able to breathe the same air,being able to look at the same sky,
Would always be the biggest myth,
Not even touching a drink and being so high.
Maybe after a few years, we'll cross paths again,
And maybe times would change
Maybe one of us would be courageous enough,
To say what we have been dying to, till date.
Till then, it will be a heart wrenching separation,
And all I wish is the best for you
May you find the highest of success,
And may my guardian angels be looking over you.
And no worries if you fall for someone else during the walk,
Just be courageous enough to admit it
Love more than you could have loved me,
I'll be the happiest person on the block.
Because it's your happiness that I've wanted more than mine,
Although I've never admitted it out loud,giving no sign,
But since the beginning, not sure if you feel this too,
I've been truly,madly and deeply in love with you.
