Chapter 33

-Delilah-

I woke as I saw a note from DJ, he had another band meeting as I shrugged I got my Rip Curl Active Crop shorts on, my sports bra, I then got my Nike Elite Basketball shorts on as I went into Grayson’s crib in our room to see him up I picked him up seeing he was dressed already as I smiled. “Did daddy get you dressed?” he cooed at me as I smiled he had his blue batman hat and booties on his Batman onsie, black pants on as I set him on the bed as I got my Asics Racerback Tank on. I grabbed his diaper bag as I put it on his stroller as I put him in his car seat and buckled that into the stroller. I locked the house and started on my walk. I knew that DJ would be busy all day as I sighed I walked around LA for a bit till I said screw it and walked all the way to Austin’s house but made a few pit stops first. When we got there I knocked on the door as I got Grayson’s diaper bag as I unbuckled his car seat from his stroller. When the door opened I was Alan as I waved as he brightened up. “Delilah’s here!! With Grayson!” I giggled as he let me in. “Hey Alan how you been?” I asked as he smiled, “Better I was missing one of my best friends.” I smiled as he got Grayson’s car seat from me as he carefully got Grayson out. “How are you and DJ?” I looked at everyone as I smiled. “Good he’s doing a music video right now so Grayson and I are alone.” They nodded as I texted DJ that I was at my brother’s house (Austin). He texted back saying he’ll be there soon since Frankie and JJ talked Michael out of the video early.

I sat on the couch as Alan put Grayson back into his Car seat as Grayson fussed a little as I rocked the car seat with my foot. “So what are you planning?” I shrugged. “you and DJ not getting along?” I looked at him. “We are just I knew what I was getting into I’m just really lonely.” He nodded. “Why don’t you travel somewhere.” I sighed. “where am I going to go?” he shrugged. “hey!” we heard DJ say as I looked at him and smile. “We are going on tour.” “oh?” he nodded and smiled. “Okay…” “I already talked to Ben and Samantha they will be here to stay with you while I’m gone.” I nodded as he smiled. “Why don’t we all go out to dinner.” I nodded again as I said, “why don’t I go there and spend some time with everyone?” I asked as he looked at me. “I-is that a good idea?” I looked at him as I wanted to just blow up I kept my cool as I said, “I have you I don’t want to date Danny DJ. That is the past plus I’m mostly going to hang out with Ben, Samantha, Sam and Brittney.” He nodded as he agreed and sighed. I picked up Grayson as I put him back into the stroller. “I’m going to go home I’m not very hungry. You guys have boys night out.” DJ looked at me as he nodded.

When she left Austin looked at me as he pointed at the sofa. “Sit DJ you and me have to talk.” I gulped a little knowing Austin was like a brother to Delilah. “DJ you have to realize she is lonely, she just had your guy’s son and your leaving again. She wants to be around friends and people that will help her out while your gone. Yeah she could go to her dad’s but his girlfriend doesn’t like her much.” “I understand it’s just when she told me about when her and Danny I freaked out she never told anyone about her daughter and I found out after the fact that she was hospitalized.” I yelled as Austin stood up knowing I was in serioius trouble now. “DJ you better listen to me and closely. The way your acting is like you aren’t even dating her your like an over protective father. She already has an over protective father, be the boyfriend she needs support her decisions like she supports yours.” I nodded. “And the reason why she didn’t tell you is because you broke up with her the day she was going to tell you. She told me herself.”  My jaw dropped as I started feeling that an idiot. I really ruined everything… “I’m going home to talk to her. I’ll see you later Austin.” “If you make her cry and I find out DJ I’ll have a different talk with you.” I nodded as I left.

DJ walked in just as I got home as I got Grayson as I started feeding him since he was crying. “Okay I’m sorry Delilah…Austin and I talked and your right you should be around everyone. I’m sorry I was just being a jerk.” I smiled at him as I carefully kissed him. “I love you DJ I promise I’ll visit if your close.” He smiled at me. “Good. Let’s figure out something to eat.” I nodded as we went inside as he just ordered Pizza. I love pizza. After we were done eating and everything There was a knock on the door. I put Grayson in his bouncer as I answered the door. I saw Samantha and Ben. “Hey guys come in.” They smiled at me as they walked in. Ben went straight to Grayson who was still awake and Samantha smiled at me. “Where’s DJ?” “Asleep he is going to be leaving soon.” I said quietly as she nodded. “I heard the plans changed. I nodded; “Yeah I just need to be around people.” I said as she nodded. “Well you packed?” ben asked me as I looked at him. “Does it look like it?” I teased as he looked at me sticking his tongue out. “Why Grayson? Why not Ben? Or Danny?” I laughed, “You think that I would name my son Ben or Danny? You know better Ben.” He pouted as I smiled. “Anyway let’s get Grayson packed.” I nodded as we went to Grayson’s room. “Why the change? What happen?” she asked me as I said, “Austin had a brother boyfriend talk with DJ.” “Ooo Ben had one of those but I don’t think it was that bad.” I laughed. “Samantha every conversations that take place between brother and sister like that is bad.”

She giggled and nodded. We got Grayson packed as DJ came into the room. “I have to go the bus is here.” I nodded as I took off my beanie as I put it on DJ. “You need this way more than I do.” He chuckled as he kissed me softly. “I’ll call when we stop.” “Okay kiss Grayson goodbye.” “I will. I love you Lilly.” I smiled at him as he left. I felt extremely lonely already. “Gah do you feel like this every time Ben leaves?” she nodded. “Trust me I feel horrible I want to cry and when Moving On music video came out I balled I missed Ben so much.” I nodded as Samantha hugged me. Ben came in as he asked, “Where do you want Grayson he fell asleep?” “In my room there should be a crib that rocks in there just put on the video baby monitor and grab the portable monitor.” He nodded as he left I started to cry. Samantha just hugged me and started to rub my back. “Sh it’ll be okay Ben and I will be here for you and so will the others.” She said as I nodded. I wiped my eyes as “Let’s get you packed.” I nodded as we both heard Ben singing to Grayson. “You know Ben would make great father though I’m sure giving your child whiskey is a bit over doing it.” She laughed quietly, “You seen that Interview?” “I always try and keep up with the bands.” She smiled as I said, “But I don’t think he’s doing a bad job of being a god father.” I told her quietly as she looked at me. “You…” “Yeah I wanted to tell him and Danny in person so sh.” I told her as she smiled hugely. We quietly went in as I got packed. I showed them where they would be staying as she smiled at me. “I’ll see you tomorrow.” I waved as I crawled into bed.
