Ridhu came running through the corridors with karan behind her.
Asking her to walk slow as she is 6 month pregnant.
The hospital was fairly crowded
But she is having just her dad in her mind.
Her limbs loosing strength
Her skin going cold.
She stopped before ICU
Trying to peep in from small glass window
Karan came and hold her and made her sit....
No she is not crying
She has just become fixed.....
Its hard to decide what to feel
When you have just learned that the man who brought you in this world... Is soon going to leave you alone in this world, to survive on your own.
He was having tumor and he kept quite....
Telling no one
Taking no treatment.... When your own daughter is cancer specialist.
Alekh came and sat next to her.
Patting her head.
She saw him..... Rested her head in his arms....
They said nothing
Later in the evening
When rajveer open his eyes he saw Ridhima sitting there beside him
Very close, holding his hand....
With no expression
He smiled looking at her..... And raised his hand to cup her face.
She was not crying.....
Just looking at him with love.
He kept looking at her.....
Recalling his little daughter... And wondering how time fly in a wink...
And now his baby is herself going to have a baby.
Rajveer - is hospital ka khana bohot bekar hai...
He said softly
Ridhima - kya bana ke laun apke liye
Rajveer - biryani
He laughed and she laughed with him.
He turned his face laughing and saw karan standing in a corner cry hysterically
Rajveer 's eye brimmed looking at him.
Karan is very sensitive and softy... He knew always.... That his daughter is more strong than him.
Rajveer - oyee... Idhar aa
And karan came dashing to him hugging him tightly...
Rajveer hugged him back.......
Consoling him.... Asking karan to keep strong.
But Ridhima still kept her eyes dry...
She knew somewhere that if given a chance her father will not loose the opportunity to meet her mother.
She knew how desperate he is to go back to his naina.
As if he was just waiting to fulfill his father's duty and to check that she gets settled in her life.
She use to spend days and nights with him in hospital..
Though fighting with cancer.... There was no pain on his face.
He was glowing even with that pale skin...
He was so happy to end his life.
And she knew the reason...
She knew her father loved her mother above everything...
Still after his love gone...
He kept strong and continue to live for her....
And now he wants to end this life where naina is not there with him...
he loved her selflessly keeping aside his pain.
And now when he finally wills to end this pain... She can't be selfish to keep him back.... When she know how miserable he is without her mother.
She love his father enough to let him go to her mother.
Where they can be together again.
Ridhu - you finally choose mom over me
She teased him once....
And he made a face
Rajveer - aisa kahegi to jaa nahi marta
He said with a frown...
And they both laughed with tears in their eyes...
And karan was not able to understand, what kind of love is this.
Rajveer - achcha sun
I won't be able to see my grandchild...
And he asked karan for the packet he had asked to bring
Karan gave him the packet
Rajveer - ye meri aur naina ki taraf se
For our grandchild..
And he gave her some papers
Ridhu - ye kya hai dad
Rajveer - ghar ke papers....
Tell our grand child.... Ke uske nana nani usse bohot pyar karte hain...
She smiled
Ridhu - I will...
She smiled and karan again started crying
Rajveer - yar ye phir shuru ho gaya
Iska itna rona tu Handel kaise karti hai...
Isliye kehta tha mat shadi kar isse

Karan again came to him like a baby
And ridhu hugged him too...
He filled both his kids in his arms and saw naina standing at the door smiling at them...
He winked and at naina mischievously...
