Just because I am gay does not mean I am attracted to every girl/guy I meet. Just because I am gay and I know you doesn't mean I will like you romantically immediately. I am a person, and I love like one. When you see a person of opposite sex on the street you don't immediately love them. You might appreciate their looks. It's the same for us.
