Expanding my mind and truly thinking about the problem at hand forces me to see that there is no problem. I'm simply over- thinking things and leaning on others for gratification (not feeling lonely). "You start to learn a lot of things about yourself when you start ruling out emotions. You have everything in your mind, it's just dormant when you let your feelings interfere with your mental process and that goes for a lot more than just feeling lonely."
