The first time I laid my eyes on you, was on the hallway by the stairs. You were breathtaking. Perfect. Everything about you was perfect. From, your eyes, lips, to your cute little button nose, you were perfect. Perfect for me.
When I passed you on the stairs, I caught a whiff of your strawberry shampoo. Its scent was intoxicating. And due to the stair space being quite small and narrow, our shoulders brushed just slightly. Your touch sent shivers down my spine.
Since I was little, I've always believed in the idea of soulmates. My mother taught me that once you've found that special someone, you should never let them go. She taught my to do anything and everything in your power just to have them in your arms, loving you.
If you didn't know, I'm quite well known throughout this school. I'm only a freshman, and only a month into highschool. But to tell the truth, in the past month many girls have confessed to me.
I open my locker, it still being morning, trying to get the textbooks I need for my next few classes. Two new confession letters were sitting on my locker shelf. Two more people to break. To more people to turn down. Two more people who will cry.
I get to class, sitting down in my usual seat. Then, I see you. Everytime I see you, you never fail to take my breath away. You glance in my direction. I looked down immediately, pretending to be finishing up homework.
Then, class starts. The lecture is boring and dull. I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around to face you.
"I'm sorry, but do you happen to have a spare pencil? I accidently left mine at home." you said from the seat behind me.
My face turned a bright red. I've lost my voice momentarily. I nod and then proceed to hand you a pencil.
You smile at me and whisper a faint "thanks".

And just like that, I've fallen deeper in love with you.
Your smile is just as addicting as the scent of your strawberry shampoo.
