PastelWings

Name: PastelWing

Diet: Herbivorous; any type of berry, fruit, plant, etc.

Average lifespan: About 120 years old

Scale color(s): Can very from any pastel colors (green, blue, pink, purple, yellow, orange, red, etc.), usually an assortment of shades of pastel colors

Eye color(S): Any type of neon color except for red, black, gray, dark orange, and brown

Horns/spikes/claws: Short, stubby horns that jut out from top of head and stick upwards, but are usually only 1-2 inches long and are pretty dull; short, trimmed, dull claws; surprisingly prickly short spikes running along side of body (like a NightWing) that can be as sharp as thorns

Body shape: long, skinny bodys with prehensile tails (very similar to RainWings), long, lean legs

Other appearance details: short, stubby, somewhat sharp teeth

Abilities: PastelWings have venom in their teeth, so if they bite down onto something, their venom will instantly slide from their teeth into the enemy's bloodstream, and kill it

Special abilities: -

Strengths: Are often mistaken as useless, lazy dragons (like RainWings once were), and so that gives them an advantage to pop up out of nowhere and attack

Weaknesses: Unfortunately, the rumor is somewhat true because most PastelWings enjoy lounging around in the fields, sunbathing

Kingdom's name: Flower Fields

Kingdom's location: At the west edge of Kasai; the fields take up about another 1/5 of the island; they're so close to the edge that the fields have a drop-off cliff into the ocean

Palace(s): Meadow Palace - a palace made out of wood and boulders with a sturdy foundation; located near the edge of the territory just by the cliff that drops down into water

Other buildings: Almost all PastelWings have no exact home; they sleep out in the open of the meadow, even when it's raining, although there are a few public sunken holes were hatcheries are

Ranks/Occupations: Food gatherer, scout, teacher, librarian, king (only one), queen (only one), hole-digger, caretaker

Tribe relationships: PastelWings meet and have their own chosen lifelong relationships; they usually don't keep that much in touch with their other family (siblings, parents) after adulthood

Relationships towards other tribes: Treated like the "lazy, useless" dragons of Kasai, although PastelWings do have some plans to change how other dragons see them, but the plans are pretty ineffective (if dragons see you as useless, they're less likely to attack)

Attitude towards dragons with special abilities: No known animi (animuses?), so they're pretty neutral

Attitude towards hybrids: Relaxed; they welcome hybrids with warm, humble hearts

Eggs: Dragon parents end up having 1-3 eggs; usually have one base color with swirls of another pastel color on them (example; base-pastel green, with pastel purple swirls); eggs are marked with the mother or father's name (like HiveWings) and are kept in a Hatchery until they've hatched

Dragonets: Aftering hatching, the caretakers immediately take the dragonets to their parents; they stay with their parents until adulthood; are sent off to a school at the age of 2 years

History: Like the RainWings, PastelWings were once known to be very dangerous because of the venom they possess, but after some time and due to poor leadership, they fell down and became the lazy, useless dragons of Kasai.
