They are the roots of my life
The reasons of my every breath
In this world I can walk so wide
With no fear in any threat
They always give me strength
In challenges I am brave
No matter the journey's length
Thanks for the confidence you gave
They are my father and my mother
Who have been there, present since birth
I always do remember
The times you brought me mirth
But I don't even say that:
Thanks for everything, my dear parents
You are my unfailing lot
And blessed am I you are my parents.
