Living with both.

When you live with the struggles of anxiety and depression, your mind is always at war. I will mainly talk about two things that interrupt my life the most. First off, constant worry. With anxiety, you worry a lot over everything and people that have it always need reassurance (do you love me, am I cute, etc.). Personally, I struggle with this a lot. You always feel like you have forgot something, you did something bad, and most of the time, (this is where depression kicks in) you feel like something bad is about to happen. all. the. time. But the worst part is, there is no way to stop it.
Now, the second most severe symptom (both combined) is not being able to sleep. I can be exhausted and want to go to sleep, but it is impossible. It is terrible. I lay in my bed and stare at the ceiling or a wall, tossing and turning for hours before I finally get 4-5 hours of sleep (on a good night).
