I think it would be really sweeter to see Spencer and Max with a family and since all of the fans have been yelling this for years it wouldn't surprise me if they either make it so Max already have kids when her and Spencer get together or have an episode where Spencer tells everyone Max is pregnant. I'm not sure if we'll actually get to see their baby if that happens, but if we do then it'll probably be in the last episode or something just to end the series on a happy note.
