Chapter 19: First Date

A/N: I'm alive and well, thank you for staying with me♡

As I was walking to my house I was already planning the perfect first date, for my perfect boyfriend

What about a resturant, a romantic dinner?

Nah i'm bored of those

What about sleeping at one's house?

No thanks, I don't want my mom snooping into our buisness

Then something clicked inside my head

A picnic at the park!

So many memories of us were created at that park, so why not make another one?

I smiled to myself as I entered my house

"Luke, you're home" My mum smiled at me

"Hello mom" I gave her a small kiss on the cheek

"How's school?"

"The usual"

"How're you and Calum?" she asked nudging me a little bit

I blushed a little bit

"Going strong"

"That's good sweetheart"

I just smiled and excused myself to go to my room

I was waiting for Calum's reply

I was biting on my nails nervously

The text read

'Heyy, wanna go on a date ? x'

What if he says no ?

I groaned in frustration and threw my phone across the room

I stood up from my bed and started to walk around my room slowly getting more and more nervous

As soon as I heard my phone vibrate I shot up from my bed and grabbed my phone

'Sure!♡ On Saturday?"

My stomach flipped

He agreed!

Well he's my boyfriend though.. so..

I was outside of Calum's house, holding a bouquet of roses and a picnic basket

We were going to the park to enjoy a nice little picnic

As I saw the doorknob turn I saw Calum smiling at me

"Hey Luke!"

"Hey Cal, got these for you"

"Thanks" He smiled and gave me  a kiss on the cheek

I handed the roses to Calum and we started walking at the park

Snowflakes were slowly falling creating a beautiful scene

"The weather's pretty nice today"

I smiled at him and held his hand

He blushed and latched our fingers together

We swayed our hands on the way there, not caring if people stared at us

As we arrived at the park, no one was there, and we sat on a spot where nothing but grass with snow was present

I placed my picnic basket on the ground and grabbed the picnic blanket and placed it on the ground

I nodded at Calum to sit down

He smiled and sat down on the blanket, placing the bouquet of flowers beside him

I sat on the blanket and brought out two sandwiches my mom made for us

"Thanks" He smiled as he bit into the sandwich

"Mmm this is good" He said moaning a bit

"That's my mom's specialty" I smiled taking a bite into the sandwich as well

The date better as planned

We were always talking about our school talking about our disgusting straight friends

"You know that one girl? She literally hooked up with all the dudes in our grade"

"What a hoe" Calum laughed

The snowflakes was slowly falling down and onto Calum's soft and fluffy hair

As I touched his hair the snowflakes melted at my touch

He smiled and held my hand placing it on his chest

I smiled and grabbed his hand with both of my hands, giving it a kiss

He blushed and moved towards my side

He laid on my arms and melting in my touch

I slid my arms on his waist pulling him in

It was getting darker, and the clouds were clearing up

"Oh look stars!" Calum said excitedly

I smiled and placed two small pillows from the basket

I laid down on the pillow as Calum laid on his

We watched as the stars were shining brightly

I gave his forehead a kiss

He smiled and moves his lips towards mine

It was a slow and passionate kiss,

As it was getting very dark I stood up and started packing up

"We have to go, it's getting late"

He nodded and made grabby hands at me

I gushed and pulled him up

As I finished packing up me and Calum started walking home

As we were walking I noticed Calum was shivering

"You ok ?"

"Yeah, just a little cold"

"Here have my jacket"

"No no it's fine" And he sneezed

"No I insist, you're gonna have a cold"

He just blushed and nodded

I placed the basket down and removed my jacket

Oh it is cold

"You're gonna get yourself sick" He said

I just smiled and picked the basket up and continued walking

As we reached Calum's house I smiled

"Thanks for the most amazing day" He smiled and kissed me one last time and went inside his house

I smiled and waved goodbye

This was the best day of my life..
