1.) each person has a set of
• +15
• +10
• +5
these are the only number of votes you can give! (ex: no +12 ect)
each vote must go to a different trainee. for example, you can't give KIM JIWOO +15 & +10. the person tagged must distribute +15, +10, +5 to a trainee! you can't just comment +15 on one person and then leave. all three of the votes must be distributed or else the vote doesn't count. you have to distribute either the +15 or +10 to someone else. any double/triple votings will be deleted and counted against your trainee if done on purpose.

2.) you can only comment "+whatever number" because i want to keep it organized. please do not spam 15 times.

3.) please comment inline any comments not commented
inclined will be deleted.

4.) each person you tag can only vote ONCE.
• once as in distributing all three +15, +10, +5's to a trainee.
• not as in only commenting +10 on a trainee and leaving.
if i see any accounts that voted more than once they're votes will be deleted.

5.) literally just say "hello please comment +15 on my trainee _____ and give +10 & +5 to ____ & _____. thank you! or just tell them to give it to anyone they want.

6.) no fake accounts. it's pretty easy to tell guys

7.) almost forgot but TRAINEES can vote "+5" for themselves! but that's it!
