"Ngyes!" A squid partying inkling cheered next to you as you sweat dropped before looking back at your opponents. Ridley and King K. Rool, great...you looked next to you to see the inkling back in kid form and give you a smile. You smiled and pat his head before pulling out your battle ax. He looked at you for a good moment and noticed bags under your eyes, and how unmotivated you looked, despite the smile you gave him. It was almost as if you had been crying before you got here.

"Get ready kid, these guys don't play..." You warned as you waited for the announcer to speak and signal that battle has begun, the blue inkling gave a sound to show that he understood before he got in his battle stance. You got prepared to run and gripped at your battle ax.

READY?

GO!

You immediately dashed with the inkling boy taking upper ground on one of the platforms. You ran over to King K. Rool and grabbed the crown he had thrown at you, you threw it back and swung your ax at the gator, and missed. You were then grabbed be the large being as he then slammed you into the ground, dealing a lot of damage and burying you into the ground. You groaned as he hit you out forcing you to try your best to get back onto the stage. The damn croc was camping waiting for you, most like going to spike you. You used your "recovery" and swung at him hitting him back.

~~~
"Give me a sound If you're doing alright blue!" You yelled as you began to wrestle with King K. Rool, your team mate, gave a distressed sound, you looked back too see him trying his best to inflict damage on his intimidating rival before being hit off too far from the stage. You growled and knocked King K. Rool off stage before hopping up and grabbing Ridley and "stabbing" him upwards and jumping to follow the purple abomination of a dragon.
"Hi!~" You smiled before swinging down with all your might and bringing him down with your ax, giving him an effect to seem as though he bounced off the platform and into the air, which he "exploded". You huffed and grabbed your ax from the ground and slung it over your shoulder before smiling at the audience, next thing you knew you were with your team mate waving to everyone as the opposing team clapped.
"*insert inkling sounds here*" You looked down at your blue buddy, you knelt down to his level and patted his head, his eyes literally sparkled as he began to make more adorable inkling sounds he held your hand and began leading you toward his room. You were a bit concerned at first but followed anyway, he opened the door and it was as you expected it to be, colorful and alive. It had posters of bands and groups you didn't know and some of the posters even lit up with a small button or even glowed in the dark. He switched off the lights and turned on some of the lights and there you almost thought you had been taken to another place. As you spun around the room taking in everything you realized how boring your life was. You let out a small laugh as you looked up at the stuck in stars on the wall, giving you a nostalgic feeling of your childhood. You got down and hugged the poor thing, despite the language barrier, he understood you quite well when it came to emotions. He hugged back and let out cheerful sound, your eyes wondered around before seeing a covered up curtain. You switched off the posters and turned back on the lights. The inkling boy looked at you expectantly, you pointed at the dark blue curtain.
"what's behind the curtain?" You asked, the blue haired male looked and his face immediately turned red. Was he blushing? He shook his head and held onto your battle skirt as you neared the covered wall, making sounds of disapproval and struggle. You turned around and looked back at the adorable inkling who was now in squid form begging you not to check behind the curtain.
"come on...it can't be that bad can it?" You said as you crouched down, the small squid now turning into a kiddo held onto your face and shook your head no. He had the cutest face ever that you picked him up, forcing him to turn to into a squid as you turned around and uncovered the wall. As the curtain fell your eyes widened.
It was a picture of the Smash Roster and a heart around you, along with other painting, it was the same. Some were even pictures of some fights you had, all with hearts and markings all over them. Some were of you knocking characters out of the stage with that victorious smile on your face as you waved at the crowed, you looked down at the squid squirming in your arms and pressed your cheek on the top of his head.
"I love ya too bud..." You said as you removed your head from a top of his and laid down onto the bed with the blue squid laying comfortably on top of you, you soon turned the lights off and felt the inkling turn into a kid and gave you peck on the cheek before falling asleep in your arms.
The next morning the other inklings were freaking out when they saw you wake up next to their blue friend.
One day I want to write a fan fiction or anything without feeling guilty or embarrassed that someone of my family or friends will find and dislike me for it. Like imagine if I wrote a lemon or smut and my cousin found it, or anyone of my fam, they'd surely spread the word and get it to my family somehow. Same with my god family and maybe my friends would even bring it up at school, despite how many times they say they won't, they do. That's why I like blind trust, because who would care but them? You care for them, they care for you and we're both fine with that. Maybe it'd be easier if I was already at rock bottom and alone, I wouldn't feel the need to limit and restrict myself on what I'm interested in, what I want to watch, and what I want to write!
One day
