Job: Gang Leader(Will be refereed as a villain, but doesn't have a true side)

Appearance: 6ft tall and 134lbs, where a black trench coat with a wolf emblen on the back with a number in romen numeralsthat is red, he has medium blue hair with black highlights, and red eyes

Personality: cold to both heroes and villian but nice to his friends

Quirk: Blood Manipulation - Allows him to control the shape of his and other people's as long as he had drop of blood from someone's wound, but also he can make that blood for great uses like stitching wounds closed and harden them to stick together and make weapons inculding guns but the setback is if he uses to much blood he will black out and all he is able to control all of his gang's blood as long as the blood is on the surface of their skin

Backstory: When he was 13 he lost both his parents, his sister, and baby brother even though there was a hero in his area. The hero didn't bother to chase the villian. The villian was only caught 4 years later by Noah. Noah killed the villian saved all the members of his gang from the fate he had faced for 5 years. He had lived alone but the villian killing his family made him hate villian and heroes because the hero didn't chase the villian. He formed his gang and all the others he saved joined him. They hunt and deal with villians their own way. Even the government backs off from the gang. This gang came to be known as Fenrir XIII. Fenrir XIII had Noah and 12 other main members. The other lower level member do have numbers starting at 100.

Erick Hisogai (#VI), age: 17, Male, Quirk: Dragon Master - Erick is able to summon dragons from any continuity for example Blue White Dragon or Zekerom or Caligula, etc.

Sajin Komamura (#VII), Age: 18, Male, Quirk: Giant Samurai - Sajin is able to summon a gaint samurai that mirrors his movements but is slow and if hurt but a cut Sajin will receive the damage also

Lea Kusanogi (#VIII), Age: 17, Male, Quirk: Dance of the Flames -Similar to Davida just with fire but he can wrap fire around his gear

Licca Kusanogi (#IX), Age: 17, Female, Quirk: Oracle of the Ages - Licca's is able to reverse time to before a tragedy happen as long as it happened with a year but she can also slow and barely stop the passage of time. (It's like Eri's quirk)

Ranma Kakogawa (#X), Age: 16, Male, Quirk: Lostvader - Ranma is able to summon any weapon or monster and use spells of any card he has

Kylee Fox (#XI), Age: 18, Female, Quirk: Trickster - Kylee's allows her to trick people into think a mirage is reality or even duplicate herself or teammates

Quirk: Lunar Berserker - Isa gain strength depending on the phase of the moon even the day

Seth Kaiser (#XIII), Age: 18, Male, Quirk: Sky Demon - Seth is able to change his body to fit that of a demon of wind (Transformation basically)
