It was an early morning and the target practice rooms were all empty on the airship, except for one person. She was one of the youngest top agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and an excellent gunsman. As she continued her gun practice she tried to forget the events of the past week with the attack of Loki, but as she continued firing at an incredible rate, her mind kept slipping back to those times.

Those were the only noises you could hear, a repeat of that noise increasing its speed at an incredible rate. She picked up the pace as her head were filled with images of Loki's attack She could hear someone talking but she couldn't make out the words, her mind was focused on the target. The voice sounded as if it was underwater, a blur.
As she continues practicing a hand grabs her arm as she gasps she pulls the gun straight in front of the man.
"Remind me next time to not creep up on you..." Phil Coulson said
"O-Oh my god! I'm very sorry sir, please forgive me" Halah replies as she places the gun back on the dock.
"No need to be sorry I should've rang the room before I came in." Phil Says
Halah smiles to that response
"How are you feeling?" Phil asks
"I don't know, honestly everything is different with this curse given to me by that devil." Halah replies with a sigh
"It is not a curse. You are given a gift, use it." Says Phil
"I'd rather not. I just dont feel safe using it." Says Halah
"Well I know someone who could help" Says Phil with a smirk
"You've said that before and I haven't gotten any better sir." Replies Halah with a face of desperation.
"Anyways I've got a phone call to make. Oh and Fury wanted to talk to you about a project." Says Phil as he's about to walk out of the room
"Will do sir." Halah says
"S-Sir, do you know what is the Project?" Halah asks curiously as she's faced to Phil's back.
"Something called the Avengers initiative." Phil Says then walks out of the room.
"What the hell is an avenger?" Halah whispers to herself

After Halah makes her way out of the target practice room, she makes her way to her bedroom and hops in the showering hoping she won't be late to Fury's office.
Halah gets out of the shower putting on a suit, she puts on her 'business' heels and heads towards Nick's office. As she reaches Nick's office, Agent Maria Hill walks out.
"Good Morning Agent Hill." Halah says greeting Agent Maria hill
"Morning Agent Katrova, Fury mentioned he wanted to see you" Maria replies
"Yes I was told, thank you very much." Halah thanks and they both go their separate ways.
Halah lightly knocks on the door before walking in
"Good Morning Director Fury" Halah Greets Fury
"Morning Agent Katrova, please have a seat." Fury replies
"Thank you, might I say your patch is looking dashing." Halah says with a charm on her face
Nick stares at Halah with a blank face
"Sorry." Halah sighs embarrassingly
"Anyways, how are you feeling better?" Nick asks
"Still getting through it" Halah replies
"Well I think I might know someone to help you and I." Nick says with a smirk
"Help you with what sir?" Halah curiously asks Nick
"Long story short, I just got off from a meeting with the council. And the Avengers Initiative is on a go." Nick replies
"The A-Avengers?" Halah asks with a confused face
"A group, of remarkable people to see if they can become something more, to see if they can work together when we need them to, to fight the battles we can't." Nick explains with a smile
"That sounds amazing sir what a great idea you had thought of." Halah replies
"Don't sugarcoat it darling, and one thing. Your in that so called group." Nick says with a serious tone.
Halah bursts out laughing only to be greeted with a blank face of Nick Fury.
"W-W-Wait your not serious?.." Halah Asks nervously
"Do you see me laughing?" Nick replies.
"W-hy Sir, you cant possibly, but Direct-" Halah starts to question nervously
"Halah stop. Many of us believe you have what it takes to be apart of the Avengers." Nick says in a serious tone.
"Why is that sir, is it because of this ability I was given?" Halah asks
"Yes and not only that." Nick replies
"And what?" Halah questions Nick
"We believed in you long before you were given this ability." Says Nick
Halah smiles
"Thank you sir, that really means a lot." Halah says to Nick with a pure smile
"Ok now get dressed, your going out in public." Nick says to Halah
"Yes Sir." Halah says as she gets up ready to leave the office
"What are the details of this mission sir?" Halah asks curiously
"This isn't a mission. This is a recruitment" Nick replies
"And who will I be recruiting just so I know what I'm getting myself into." Halah asks
"Captain America." Nick replies
