My Juan & only

Chapter 9

The players come out of the tunnel and suddenly I notice that Juan is not starting. I'm heartbroken. How is going to deal with this?

I feel bad for my Juanin right now. This is the second week that he doesn't get a spot in the starting XI. The new signings are making Juans position difficult. I don't really understand why Van Gaal( our new manager) is not starting someone that scored 8 goals in his last 11 games!

I decided to try to let this go and enjoy the game. It's my 3rd game at old trafford( not counting the times where I saw 4). We start out the game pretty well. Our possession is good and so is our passing. A few minutes later wayne Rooney scores our first goal!

"goallllllll!" Kai rooney and I shouted. He was a really adorable kid. Colleen rooney was happy to see her husband play well. Just minutes after our captains goal, Robin Van persie makes another one making the score 2-0. I was happy to see Van Persie back to his old self. It was 37th minute and sahko scores for west ham. It was a silly mistake from dave to leave the box like that but it's okay.

Halftime came and I decided to go into the locker room. I saw Juan entering and I called his name.

"Juanin!" I shouted.

"Hey baby, are you enjoying the game?" He asked with a cute smile even though I know he's heartbroken inside.

"Very much! I wanted to see you play though! If you were on there then the score would've been 5-1!"

He laughed and said "thank you Bonita, I love you"

" I love you too" and I gave him a quick kiss because I had to go back to my seat.

"Do you want to go to lunch with us after the game?" Juan asked hoping for me to say yes.

"Of course! I'll meet you in the locker room"

"Okay Bonita, bye!"

"Bye Juanin" and I gave him a quick kiss again and ran back to my seat.

Second half started now and Van Gaal hasn't made any substitutions yet. At 55th minute our captain makes a silly challenge and he is given a red card. He got sent off. Great, we are only playing with 10 men now.

There was only 20 minutes left for the game to end and I saw Juan warming up on the side. I was thinking that's good maybe he will put him in. There was only 8 minutes left now and he still hasn't put in Juanin. I was getting pissed cause he's missing the entire game, but then I realized that he's saving him for the next games since rooney won't be playing.

The game ended and I could tell that Colleen was mad since rooney got sent off.

"It's going to be okay" I told her to try and comfort her.

"Thank you, I hope it's only a one game ban"

"I hope so too!" I told Colleen. We went to the locker room together so we can go to lunch together. I congratulated the boys and I expressed my concern to wayne.

"If keane, vida, and Cantona did it then you don't need to worry"

Wayne laughed and said "thank you for being supportive"

"Always captain!"

I saw Juanin and I pulled him into a hug.

"I'm sorry you didn't get to play today baby" I told Juan with a concerned tone.

"It's okay Bonita, it's only one game! I'm pretty sure I'll play next game since wayne is banned for three games now" I smiled and hugged him tighter.

"Good game lads! You fought until the end and I liked it! Very impressed. Let's go celebrate" I was glad that van gaal wasn't concerned about Rooneys red card since he has many attacking options.

Juan grabbed my hand and guided me into the car with ander, And David. We are going to ride together to the restaurant. I can't believe I'm going to have lunch with the ENTIRE Manchester United squad.
