Ruffles is an adorable Meif'aw that is super calm and sweet, he often is easily controlled and gives in easily. He wears a blazin blue and ice blue hoddie that is five times too big and a ice blue collar with a bell on it. He has a high pitched boy voice and a face full of freckles.
