It's been a week since the encounter with the female Titan. With the number of scouts falling drastically during that event, the commander of the regiment decides it's time for them to rest and lay low and let the wounded recover

All the while, others Gathers information they have at the female titan's behavior and action, the high ranking officers of the regiment with the help of Armin and the other victims to the female titan concluded that the female titan is too intelligent and is actually a human controlling it...

Just thinking about that makes him angry, how dare she kill his comrades and squad mates

Leading an ambush to their flanks and dwindling the number of the regiment

"Dad!"

Snapping him out of his thoughts he looks down at his daughters, both holding each of his hand. Princess by his left and Emily by his right

"Yeah?" Asked Eren who still wears his military uniform

"Are you still tired? Guess I shouldn't push you to go out" Emily said dejectedly

"What?! No No No I'm not tired just thinking" Eren said as to not again ruin their 'family bonding' together

Ever since he was in the recovery room, Emily kept telling stories of the places they visited with Maria while he was away. And wanted for the three of them to go together as a family

And here they are now, at the town's market and trading

"So where are we?" Eren asked as he glanced at his surroundings

"Well we are still at wall rose and We're here for you to enjoy dad" Princess said as she kept a tight hold at his hand as to not accidentally let go and be separated to him from the crowd

"Alright let's go look around for the whole day I'll be your date today" Eren said smiling down as he bent down and carried them at his arms and kissed them both each at their cheeks, earning him giggles from both of his daughters

And that day was filled with love and happiness from the people that he consider dearest

After returning from their fun filled day he was now being called to a meeting

Walking both his daughters to his room hand in hand he opens the door and let them inside first as he removes his boots and sets them next to the door

"Alright since now I'm being called back I think it's time for an afternoon nap to you my little princesses" Eren said as he both carried them back to bed

"Ughhhhh I don't want a nap" Emily whined as she flopped down the bed with princess following

"Aren't you tired? We've walked a lot around the town" Eren said as he sat down the bed while his daughters began to find their supposed 'comfort zone' on the bed

"Well I guess a little tired but okay guess we'll take a short nap" Emily said as Princess gave a nod

"Good" Eren smiled at his daughters as they both let their eyes dropped

Standing up slowly he was about to turn his back on them when he felt a tug at his sleeve

Looking down he saw Princess pinching the end of his sleeve

"Can you stay for a bit dad?" Princess asked

"Of course, I'll stay as long as you like" Eren said as he sat down again but near Princess

"Sorry for asking this dad, it's just that we kinda got scared a bit last time you came back hurt" Emily whispered through the room

"It's okay, you don't have to hold back about asking more from me. I guess I'll be glad if you ask more" Eren said as he kneeled beside her and puts his hand over her head, stroking her head gently and kissing the top of her head and then kissing princess's forehead

Earning him both contended sighs, making smile.

Standing up slowly he began to walk to the door

"I'll be back in an hour maybe" Eren said as he holds the door open

"Bye dad" Both children said in a soft voice that scatters through the room, with that he closes the door gently and began to walk towards the office of the supposed meeting that they have
