The ride has drowned in silence with Kaia wearing her headphones, eyeing the gadget in hand. She sat on my right while Akemi sat beside the driver's seat, advice by me. Aoi-san was quietly staring at the window on my left and you have guessed.

▪︎▪︎▪︎Squeeze▪︎▪︎▪︎

I am squeezed at the middle while Rin-san being the driver. 'I don't mind but-Does a trip have to be this quiet?!' I thought screamed as I puffed my cheeks feeling sour all of a sudden. A flash of memory came to me as I ghostly smile remembering our first trip to the zoo.

'It wasn't fun.'

Ahhh why did it suddenly came to me? I regret bringing that memory up and tried my best to push it out of my brain. 'We're going to the carnival! Not a zoo, Aria.' I reassure my heart as I felt the excitement bubbling inside when I thought of the word -carnival-. I can't wait!

"Hehehe~ you seem to be in a good mood, Aria. What did you think off~?"

I snapped from my thoughts when I heard Akemi's voice who is now turn around to face me. I was confused and touched my cheek to see it was rising. Coming to the conclusion that I was unconsciously smiling, at that same time my cheeks were heated as I hung my head low feeling embarrass.

"Sorry. Thinking about the carnival have made me excited somehow."

I reply with reddened cheeks and my lips were pulled down in a frown. Suddenly I felt a hard pinch on my right cheek as my eyes release drops of tears. I was whining at the pain while glaring at the person who pinched me, it's none other than-

"Don't make that face. Also, why did you apologize, you didn't do anything wrong."

Kaia scolded me why she kept her headphones in her purse. I was pouting while rubbing my right cheek as I wiped the tears with my other hand. Soon the pain fades and I heard small laughter from Aoi-san making me turning facing him with a small glare. 'I am in pain and you there to laugh!'
