I. Bucky struggles with panic and anxiety attacks. Often triggered by nightmares, random bad memories, people bringing up his past, when any one of his alters try to take control, or fights. Typically resulting in rapid and shallow breaths, heart palpitations, slight shaking, grabbing at his hair, clenching his fists, feeling weak in the knees, and headaches.

II. Most people know about his trigger words, if one or two were to be said in a normal sentence--either in Russian or English, it could potentially send him into a panic attack. If the whole string of words, said in the correct order, in English or Russian, he will lose control and go full-on Winter Soldier. Also, most people don't know, if the word Sputnik is said in English or Russian he will faint immediately and drop to the floor, he's glad that not many people know.

III. Bucky, as stated before, suffers from Dissociative Identity Disorder [DID]. Which means, it's not just him in his own body. He shares the hollowness of his body with one other person, the Winter Soldier, meaning, he could take control over his body at any given moment. Also implying that Winter Soldier might not be the only other personality hiding in his head, maybe there's more alters that are yet to be discovered.

IV. Bucky has a tendency to flinch. Normally he would have fast reflexes and block any attack, but if he's ever in a natural setting and not in the heat of an argument, he wouldn't expect it. If he was talking with someone, or around someone that he knew, and if this someone were to make an abrupt movement, he would flinch. Since Bucky has been around a lot of violence and has been forced to face a lot of abuse, he always expects the worse and will flinch if he thinks he's going to be struck.
