I was in the cell where Bucky was in.
"Hey old friend"
Bucky: sup, how's your day?
"Eh Raven gave birth two weeks ago and Me and Summer are developing something"
Bucky: cool, I haven't gotten nowhere and to be honest I don't want to fight unless needed
"Like a sleeper agent?"
Bucky: exactly
Ozpin: well I can make that happen
Bucky: well you have the cell, Ozzie
Ozpin: I want you to spy on the Vale Military because I fear that they might go rouge and veer off into its own thing
Bucky: that's not a sleeper agent thing
Ozpin: well they might have a lead on Salem and if they discover who Salem is, they might go AWOL so please
Bucky: ........ All right
Salem is immortal and nothing can kill her
Who are you?!
A helper
Ozpin: then we have an agreement?
Bucky: hell yeah
And so Bucky was put in the military as a spy and has been giving some promising reports but the voice keeps saying that Salem is immortal and that Ozpin is using everyone to correct his mistake. Meanwhile me and Summer are developing but haven't confessed yet.
