Ingredients

220g minced meat 5% fat
220g sausage meat
a good pinch of pepper
a good pinch of salt
5 ts of English mustard
1 medium onion optional
bread bun
salad (optional)

Method

in a large bowl mix the meat with the salt, pepper and salt. mix well.

divide mixture in four equal amount then rolls into balls.

get griddle hot. cut a bun in half like to make a sandwich and put to one side place the meat on the griddle till cook 75°c +

Make sure to flip it after to get lines on both sides of the burger.

Then place bun down on the griddle so the inside can absorb the juices from the meat and make lines on the inside of the bun. plate with a side salad or a serving of crispy chips.
