Their kisses never end as just kisses. Jolene isn't fragile, which is one of the things Harry likes about her. But, despite how intense their make out sessions are behind closed doors, out in public in Auradon they are more tame, and they definitely don't involve tongue.
Jolene x Gil:

Jolene is in no way a super dominant person, and truthfully neither is Gil. This makes many of their kisses hesitant and full of love and compassion. Even though they both have experience with Uma and Harry, they hardly know what to do with each other. They end up just staring into each others eyes and hugging instead of kissing most of the time.
Jolene x Uma:

Uma knows about Jolene's pressure from her mother. Gothel always strived for grandchildren, and the retched mother couldn't get that with Uma and Jolene together. Therefore, Jolene was always hesitant with affection, most of her mother reprogramming still settling in. So Uma holds back, unlike how she would with Gil of Harry.
Uma x Gil:

Uma is rather pushy when it comes to her friends, and even when it comes to Harry, Jolene and Gil in non-romantic ways. But, she understands how Gil is rather innocent for the isle. She takes things slow, and she takes the lead. Gill happily lets her to, not quite sure what to do if he were to take control of the kiss.
Uma x Harry:

These two are a chaotic mashup, always ready to go at it no matter where they are. When it's their date night, it almost always ends up with clothes off and doors locked. They are slightly more reserved in public, but not by much. Many students have said that they much rather prefer Gil and Jolene's public affection than Harry and Uma.
Harry x Gil:

Despite Gil being taller, again he is far from the dominant one in the relationship. Harry would lean up and press his lips to Gils, often with no warning. Harry never asked for permission to kiss Gil, mainly because Gil would always kiss back. Their kisses never involve more than lips while in public, but rarely involve busty lips while behind closed doors.

No matter what, the four don't only have the closest relationship in all of Auradon, but they all understand each other and how to include everyone in the relationship.
