the trial

sasha woke up at the crack of dawn getting dressed in a suit. she pulled her hair back into a lower bun and applied some nude lipstick. she flattened down her black suit skirt and stood high in her heels.

she had to be at court for nine but it was only six and she sat down in the single chair watching seth sleep. she hated how she was stressing him out about her whole situation. it was hers to handle, not his.

therefore he wasn't aloud to accompany sasha today. he gave a written statement about their relationship being completely platonic until after they decided to separate.

sasha read quietly until it was eight in the morning. she got up and kissed seth's forehead and placed the note beside him. she excited the room and was on her way to the court house.

she shortly arrived and saw roman with a tall man who looked quite similar to him. sasha walked up to them.

"hey ro"

"hey. this is jason, jason momoa; my cousin. he will be defending you today, if that's okay"

"it's more than okay, ro. thank you so much"

"damn, you never told me she was a beaut"

"a beaut with a boyfriend"

sasha almost laughed. seth should be her boyfriend, but he wasn't and she couldn't find an excuse as to why they should even start dating. they were fine with their status now.

"alright. i'm backing off" he laughed as they walked into the court house. they were the second ones called in. sasha nervously sat down, making sure her posture was perfect.

then she saw him. mikaze. he looked well. he looked like it hasn't taken him weeks to get over their break up. it made her sick.

"all may rise"

the trial had finally began and now it was on to the evidence portion. sasha looked at the screen which mikaze's lawyer was claiming would play perfect evidence.

"your honour, here are the videos and pictures of seth and sasha. they had also kissed on numerous occasions prior"

'liar!' she wanted to scream. she had only kissed seth once before it had even happened. she sat back in her chair and watched as the jury grimaced at her.

"defendant, you may plead your case"

"my witness is none other than the plaintiff" she smirked. mikaze went to the witness box and took his oath. "first off those pictures were taken after i filed for divorce right?"

"yes" he shrugged.

"and did i or did i not catch you cheating after trying to fix our marriage even when only nights before you punched me in the face?"

"you did"

"so you admit to cheating on me and abusing me?"

"yes"

"so i didn't ruin our marriage?"

"you did, you see. you stopped loving me"

"so you think i deserved to be abused?"

"no, but-"

"no further questions your honour"

sasha sat down happy with her self. mikaze just admited to beating and cheating meaning he ruined their marriage.

"we will be here tomorrow after the jury finds a verdict"

the judge cleared the room and left. sasha hugged roman tightly before engulfing jason into one as well. "thank you, so, so, so much!"

they smiled down at the small woman before hearing a car pull up. it was none other than bayley martinez.

"baby!"

"mom!"

sasha ran to her best friend and cried into her shoulder. "i missed you so much"

"i know, i missed you too"

"well, let's catch up"

"yeah" sasha mumbled crocked into her shoulder. bayley sniffled both unable to pull away. charlotte was great, but bayley was always her bestest friend.

another car pulls up, but this time with seth. he rushed out of the and any trace of anger he had for her leaving him vanished. she was the love of his life and the happiness radiated off of her. he then spotted bayley and knew why.

"hey sash"

"are you mad?" she asked shyly, but he shook his head. She smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck; pulling him into a long passionate kiss.

"i love you" he whispered.

"i love you too" she whispered back.

bayley watched in awe. "that's definetly something new" she laughed making roman chuckle. "yeah, true yesterday for new"

"well damn, i really need to move down here"
