Blog Entry 1: Turning Point

Hello there! This is Cristine and I'll be the voice in your head from now on, as I narrate to you kung paano nagstart si Miss Anonymous, or Miss A for short,  sa mga blog posts nya and help me unveil her identity. Is she from The Populars? The GWTF? The Nerds? or from The Untouchables?

I'm counting on you..Let's start...

July 1, 2013 Monday 12:05 p.m.

Isang normal na araw ng lunes, normal na lunch ng mga students sa cafeteria ng Brookeville International School. By saying normal, meaning may pagtritripan na namang estudyante ang mga seniors particularly sina Hayley and friends. This is her Monday Lunchtime Habit.

Si Hayley Pontiangco is very popular in the campus. Rich kid, sosyal, maganda , fashionista and of course maarte and feel na feel ang pagiging entitled, especially seniors na sila. Being in her group of friends will be a status symbol. Lahat ng girls gusto syang maging friend, not because maganda ugali nya or she's a good friend. If you don't want to be bullied or mapahiya in front of everyone, you should not go against her or be tagged as an 'eye-sore', cause that will be the end of your stay in Brookeville.

May be you are asking kung included ba ako sa group of friends nya, answer is...isang malaking, all caps na..NO!

I don't want to be included in her group of plastic, social climber friends and besides I'm one of the untouchables, ang papa ko ang major stockholder ng school na ito and si mama ang chairwoman ng board of trustees. Subukan nya lang pagtripan ako ang I'll kick her butt into the trash where she rightfully belongs. 

No one knows kung ano talaga ang business ng family nila, even her so-called friends walang alam sa personal na buhay ni Hayley, who will dare ask her di ba? Baka mapag-initan. It's been accepted na lang sa campus na mayaman at maimpluwensya ang pamilya nya period!

Sa cafeteria, it's been an unwritten rule na may specific areas for a specific groups of students. Medyo discriminating pero that's how it is. First year student pa lang ako dito, as much as I am against this kind of inequality, wala naman akong magawa kasi freshman pa lang ako.

'The Populars' area where Hayley, her friends and their counterparts sa mga boys, sit. Lahat ng sikat sa campus, athletes, cheerleaders, campus beauty queens and hearthrobs, anak ng mga politicians and generals, dito sila umuupo. May certain 'yabang' aura ang mga estudyante sa area na ito. Sila ung maiingay, as if sila lang ang tao sa loob at nabili na nila ang buong cafeteria.

'The GWTF' or the go-with-the-flow studs, where majority of the Brookevillians sit. Sila ung mga estudyanteng nag-oobserve lang sa mga happenings, tumatawa kung may nakakatawa, nakiki-'boo' kung sabihin ng populars na mag-boo. Sort-off puppets or mga tagasunod sa kung ano man ang sabihin ng populars. In short mga walang paninindigan.

'The Nerds' area, well kelangan pa bang iexplain kung sino ang mga nandidito. Ang area nila ay nasa corner ng cafeteria, malayo sa magugulong tables ng populars. Dito umuupo ang mga cream of the crop, mga members ng honor's society, members of the debate team, at lahat ng mga estudyanteng kahit lunch break nagaaral pa rin. Sila ang mga estudyanteng parang may sariling mundo.

'The Misfits' tables. Ung area nila ay ang pinakamalapit sa mga populars. As much as they want na lumayo, walang gustong makipagpalit ng area. Dito umuupo ang mga weird-looking students, trashers or ung mga estudyanteng pumapasok na parang hindi man lang naligo or nagplantsa ng damit, and those belonging to the lower class of the society. International school man ang Brookeville, isa sa mga programs ni Mama ang magsponsor ng handfull of students who graduated with honors from public school that come from poor families or are orphans. These students should be included in the "Nerds" table but that area are open for the upper class nerds only. Sila ang laughing stocks ng mga populars.
