Quick A/N before the story, I suck at writing beginnings, and I thought I'd explain this a tad. Nicholas receives a letter, and is sent on some quest to save the Moon Goddess' Offspring. Also, I have a playlist of the songs I listen to while writing this! Check out on my Spotify; Picle. Yea my name sucks, it's from when I was like ten.

Nicholas sighed as he opened the letter carefully, the red wax making it hard to not rip the envelop. His icy blue eyes scanned the page with slight interest.
Dear Nicholas Taylor,
After multiple years of watching you grow into a powerful young wolf, I have decided that you are the only that would be able to help. My son is trapped at the top of Ganpar Heights. Normally I would be the one to save him, though I haven't used my physical form in centuries and it is weaker than I would like to admit. If you would save my son I would be extremely grateful.
Sincerely,
The Moon Goddess.
Nicholas was unsure of what to do, how was he supposed to accept this? He was merely a juvenile, still at the young age of seventeen. Nicholas' eyes scanned his room, what would he need? He could call Lucile, or Jenny, maybe both, but this was his quest. He grabbed his leather pouches, putting in the letter, along with some food and water.
Nicholas' eyes flickered to the clock on the wall, ten thirty four PM. He slid the leather over his body, resting on a shoulder. He grabbed his cloak, clipping it on and putting on the hood.
Nicholas walked out, locking the door and listening for any people. His eyes shot to the map in his hands, in order to get to Ganpar Heights he'd have to go towards the next village over. He stuffed the map into his pockets, heading towards Roselake.
Nicholas was on edge as he walked through the trees. "Nicholas," A playful voice sounded through the trees. Nicholas let out a chuckle.
"Hey Jenny." He greeted his friend.
"I thought I got you this time!" Jenny exclaimed, trotting out of the trees, her green and white coat smoothed nicely. "Where're you going?"
"Roselake," Nicholas replied, continuing to walk down the path.
"Nico!" She exclaimed. "Why? I thought you heard! Why would you go there!? Why in your right mind!?" Jenny ranted.
"What do you mean?" Nicholas replied.
"There's been some bad stuff with other wolves there," Jenny said worriedly. This caused Nicholas to think, why hadn't he heard about this? Surely Jenny was just joking, she did joke a lot.
"No there isn't," Nicholas denied, as the two continued to walk.
"There is! You have to believe me! You're gonna get hurt!" Jenny warned. Nicholas rolled his eyes, either it was at the village, or past the village, he was still going to get hurt.
"No I won't," He replied.
"You are, I'm coming with you!" Jenny exclaimed. Nicholas stopped in his tracks. Would it be a good thing to let Jenny come? Probably. He would need the help, and it would be a wise decision to bring friends if it did come to fighting.
"Alright, either way I'm just passing through Roselake, not staying," Nicholas said, before walking alongside the green and white wolf again.
"Wait- not staying? Where are you going than?" Jenny questioned.
