CORDELIA BATES SEEMED to be one of the most popular girls in West Ham. She had this air of charisma and charm that always kept people gravitating to her. She was funny, she was a natural born leader, and underneath her tough-love exterior, she had a heart of gold. No one understood how she was best friends with resident rich boy Harry Brigham.
YOU COULD ASK ANYONE and they would say they knew who Cordelia was. Some thought she was a bit bitchy, others believed she was the smartest person they knew. But everyone knew that Cordelia had a way to talk people into giving her whatever she wanted. And she used this ability to her advantage, until the one time she didn't.
AFTER THAT, the rumors about Cordelia began to spread like wildfire. And she found herself becoming less and less liked, living the consequences for her actions over and over again.
BUT WHEN THE SCHOOL TRIP turns out to be something more, and the students of West Ham High are left to fend for themselves. Left cut off from the world, Cordelia must find the spark to be the light in their darkness.
AND IT IS THEN she must step up to the challenges they face in New Ham.
