Y/n's Pov
It started getting cloudy
I dropped the coffees.
He was kissing Elizabeth.
Tears started flowing down my eyes.
How could he..
My heart has been broken for a very long time..how could he do this to me.
After all he's told me..
He even gave me an engagement ring,was it all a lie?
He of all people should know how insecure I am.
I am me after all..insecure Y/n.
I froze.
I widened my eyes at the site.
Meliodas then noticed me.
"Y/n!"He said
I turn to the other direction and start running.
"Y/n!Please stop wait!"He ran behind me.
I just ran with tears flowing down my eyes.
"Please let me explain dammit!"He shouts
I run faster into a forest

Meliodas' pov
I was waiting outside for Y/n to bring our coffees.
I couldn't wait for her to come out because just seeing her makes me happy,even though I saw her just a few seconds ago.

I then see Elizabeth approaching me.
"Uh Hey Elizabeth?"I say
"Sir Meliodas..are you and lady Y/n really gonna get married?"She says bluntly
"Yeah!I'm super excited about it too!you'll come right?"I smile at her
She sighs
"How can I come!When I'm the one that loves you!I love you Sir Meliodas and I always have!"She shouts
I bluntly stare at her
"I'm sorry Elizabeth but I can't return those feelings..my heart is completely taken by Y/n."I say
Even my curse couldn't affect the love I had for Y/n..Elizabeth's love is nothing compared to her.I can't wait to break this stupid curse.
"What if I can change your mind plea-"She says
"I'm sorry but no Elizabeth."I say
She then suddenly kissed me.
I almost vomited inside my mouth,this was so disgusting ugh why can't she get it and leave me alone.
"Elizabeth!"I say
She then pulls me and kissed me again.
Would she just stop it already.
I then notice Y/n starring at us behind Elizabeth.
Oh Dammit.
I push Elizabeth.
"Y/n!"I shout
She begins running.
If only she wasn't fast on her feet.
I call out for her but she wouldn't stop before I knew it she ran into the forest.
I could barely catch my breath.
I stop and kneel to the ground.
I feel like the biggest dickward in Britannia,Y/n is so insecure about herself now she'll question herself because of this,she has no idea she's so perfect and deserves the world.
The thought of how she would be like now was me.
I then put my head in my hands and cry.

Y/n's Pov
I run to a spring and I look at my reflection with tears streaming down my face.
I sit down by the spring.
"Why'd you have to be born?"
"You're so stupid and ugly!"
"Look at you,you're a mess!"
I repeat to myself I then splash my reflection and hug my knees crying.
"Y/n?" I hear a familiar voice say
I turn my head to see Zeldris.
My luck is bad.
I start crawling backwards
"I'm not gonna hurt you."He holds his hand up
I shake my head and continue crawling
He then grabs my hand.
"You'll fall into the spring."He says
I look behind me and see myself by the edge of this spring.
"Thanks.."I mumble
He stares at my hand.
The ring
I quickly pull my hand away.
I turn around and kneel looking at the water of the stream.
Zeldris sits next to me and does the same.
Another tear escapes my eye.
"How did you find me?"I say
"I don't know..I just sensed someone familiar.."Zeldris says.
I nod slowly
"Y/n what's wrong..it's hurts to see you like this.."he puts one hand on my back
"Zel..do you think..you'll ever love someone like me?"I say
His eyes the shoot up.
"I do love you..I can't help but love you..who wouldn't.."He says
"Meliodas..I saw him today..kissing Elizabeth.."I say closing my eyes trying not to cry.
"That idiot.."Zeldris grunts and clenches his fists
"..Gelda."I say
"Y-you know about her?"Zeldris says
"Of course..once you see her again..you'll stop loving me huh.."I ask
"Y/n you could never stop loving someone..Gelda was someone I could talk to about you,but all she wanted was to live peacefully in the demon realm.."He says
I nod.
"But you Y/n you're one of a kind you're everything anyone could ever want..that bastard was a fool to cheat on you..with that accursed goddess..that annoying one."He says
Now that I think of it Zeldris has never hurt me all my life.
Besides a few days ago.
He's never stopped waiting for me.
My heart was literally gonna explode it's being pulled in different directions.
"Zeldris..what if I never love you the way I did again?"I say looking at my reflection.
Zeldris cups my face.
"Then there's nothing I can do..I was a fool not to notice back then..all I really can do is be happy for you.."He says
"What I've always liked about you was..you listened to me..you understood me..I would always be with you and I never once felt like nothing.."I smile
He then kisses me.
No no no this wasn't an invitation to kiss me.
I was just reminiscing that's all.
I pull away gently
"What are you-"I say
"Zeldris."Someone says angrily
We turn to see Meliodas.
A sinister power was coming from him.
Zeldris stands up.
"Brother."Zeldris replies in the same manner

All hell was about to break loose all because of me.
