Mina covered her mouth, preventing herself from spitting the coffee she just slipped.
Jian , Hara and Baek kept a weird eye on me like I got kidnapped by extra-terrestrials and came back.
"It's a long story..."
I sat down and told the girls what happened cuz they're my besties. Baek, he's a guy so I don't wanna say it clear out loud, he'll get it.
"Shit! You borrowed boxers from a guy?!"
I widened my eyes after Mina shouted.
"Pfttt!!hahahaha Hyorin you did what?!"
Baek laughed at me while people who were supposed to be studying with their coffee stared at us.
"Shush u crazy ass...!"
I covered Mina's loud mouth. She has been like this since we became friends in high school.
"Well, was he a handsome guy?"
Hara gave me an evil smirk as my eyes rolled into the back of my head.
"Jesus...is this important?"
I couldn't help but blush.
"Oooooooooooooo he's handsome right? I knew it! Look at you drooling over him!"
Hara pointed her nasty finger at me.
The rest of the day was us fangirling over cute boys on the internet, Baek getting enough of us and them teasing me about the boxers.
So basically, Mina, Hara and Baek are friends since high school. I only kept contact with them since we graduated. Mina, Baek and I got to the same University and Hara is in a different one.
-A week has passed-
It's the day before I have to give Songin tuition.
"Hmm, is being a tutor fun to you? It sounds boring to me,"
Mina stroke her food with her fork.
"I like teaching kids, so no it's not boring,"
I replied with a mouthful of food.
With the memories of the encounter with Taehyung flushing through my brain in a sudden , I almost puked. Almost.
I'm glad that I'm wearing my normal clothes with style right now, not his baggy embarrassing shorts.
But I owe him a thank.
"Ugh I'm so bored these days, I want a job as well...but a less boring one,"
"Maybe you should try frying chicken,"
Baek blurbed after his drink.
"It suits you, cuz u look like a chicken, buk buk bukbukbuk!"
He mocked Mina and got a smack from her.
Well, I see why he said that. I giggled at her flapping her book at Baek, with her short curly dyed-blonde hair and tanned skin.
"Guys! They're performing tonight at the stage! Our senior!"
Jia from social club shouted around with her friends in the canteen, having everyone's attention.
"WHAT?! OMG WE HAVE TO GO! HYORIN! BAEK!"
Mina screamed in joy.
"Mhm...not really interested,"
Baek gave an unbothered look.
"Well, I'll see if I have much to do after school. I'll tell u later today,"
"OKAY SO THATS A YES! ILL GET U GUYS TUCKETS THEN!"
Mina screamed more, frightening everyone.
Idk how 'not really interested' and 'tell u later' means yes, but well I guess we're going.
The first school dance team performance I'll get to see in my university life. Hmm.
Not very sure if I should be excited or what.
"See u guys at the theatre tonight! Bye!"
Mina waved at us after the school bell rang.
Baek and I both studied art, so we got to our class.
