Jenesis' POV

"so where are we going?" i asked zion.

"to olive garden." he said.

"mhmm, i'm hungry too." i said licking my lips.

"i know, you haven't eaten since we left." he laughed.

we soon pulled up to olive garden. zion went to my side to open the door for me.

"zion? a gentleman?" i joked.

"well now that i know this is a date i gotta step up my game." he said closing the door.

"you're stupid." i playfully pushed him.

"i'm tryna figure out how you're pregnant and still have abs." he said looking at me.

"well i'm only like a month so i'm not showing yet but give it a month." i laughed.

"i can't wait to rub your belly." he smiled as we walked it.

zion pulled up the reservation he made earlier and they lead us to our table.

"so tell me things i don't know about you." he said looking at me.

"well, i have one little brother, his name is jayden, my favorite color is pink, my birthday is april 24th and i love pasta." i said.

"good thing i took you here." he laughed.

the waiter came to our table and asked for our orders.

"could i please have spicy alfredo chicken, shrimp carbonara, and a lemonade." i said getting my usual.

"could i have spicy shrimp scampi fritta, chicken parmigiana and a sprite." zion said closing his menu.

"is that all?" the waiter asked.

"yes, thank you." i said before he walked away.

"so tell me about yourself zion." i looked at him.

"well i was born in canada, i have two siblings, my older sister kékéli, and my younger brother elom, and my birthday is june 29th." he said.

"how old is your brother?" i asked him.

"he just turned 16." he answered me.

"my brother turns 16 in like a month." i said.

"hmm maybe they can be friends." zion said.

our food came and that shit looked delicious.

"i see you were hungry." zion laughed as i started digging in.

"yesss cause you had me starving." i playfully rolled my eyes.

"okay but i got you food and that's all that matters." he smiled.

"so when's your next appointment?" zion asked me.

"um next week tuesday i think." i said trying to remember.

"i can't wait to see our little baby on the screen." he smiled.

"you're deadass the softest nigga i know." i laughed.

"i'm only soft for my baby."

"so are you and sierra still gonna be roommates when you have the baby?" he asked me.

"no i'm probably gonna move out to a house or a apartment." i said while finishing my pasta.

"are you guys ready for dessert?" the waiter asked us.

"yes." me and zion both said at the same time.

"i would like a chocolate brownie lasagna." zion said.

"could i please have black tier mousse cake." i said.

the waiter left and came back within a short amount of time. we ate our desserts and talked a little.

"so did you have a good time." zion asked me as we walked out.

"i had a great time, thank you so much." i said giving him a hug.

"so does this mean there's gonna be a second date?" he asked me as he opened the car door for me.

i waited for him to get into the car then i answered him.

"yes it does mean a second date." i smiled.

the ride home was chill with the radio on in the background. zion hand was resting on my thigh and i had my head on the window.

zion arrived to my house and i thanked him for the night. he insisted on walking me to my door.

"thank you for taking me out and thank you for our baby cj." i said hold him.

"no problem." he hugged me.

"good night zion." i said pulling away from him.

"wait, just one more thing."zion said.

"what?" i asked him.

he pulled me in for a kiss. "you think you're smooth." i laughed.

"cause i am." he smiled while pulling in for another this.

"okay, i'm already pregnant." i said pulling away.

"fine, goodnight ma." he said pulling me into another hug.

"goodnight z."
