John looks at Sherlock," What was that all about?" He asked concern filled his voice.

"Do I look like I know? I am not good with 'feelings', John." Sherlock answered, fixing his coat for the last time before leaving the room.

When they got out of the burned apartment, Emilia was nowhere in sight. "Great, we lost our client, Sherlock!" John said, walking towards the edge of the street to hail a cab.

John goes in the cab, Sherlock follows but was stopped by John.

"What the bloody hell are you doing, John?" Sherlock asked, a hint of confusion in his voice.

"This cab is mine. Go haul your own cab. You did that to me once and now this is payback." John shuts the door and the cab drives away.

Before it gets too far, John rolls down the window to shout,' Don't expect me to be home, I have something in mind.'

Sherlock sighs before hailing a cab home.

John's POV

I requested to be dropped off at Mycroft's household.

I frequently go here for information, not to tell Mycroft, Sherlock's older brother, about his younger brother.

Mycroft welcomes me with open arms, "Ah, Dr. Watson, what brings you here?" He asks, sitting down at his chair, offering me to sit across him.

"Well, I was thinking if you could give me information about our new client's deceased friend," I answered, my body inching forward a bit.

"Oh, you are talking about Chris Williams." Mycroft stands up and stares out the window.

"You know him?" I asks.

"Yes, I know him quite well actually. He was a very hardworking business manager. Had a company that focuses on developing technology. A fan of Greek Mythology, used to travel around the world but mostly stays in Greece, which was his home country, with your client, Emilia.

They were childhood friends, so close to one another that others think they were a couple. Emilia is a 4 years younger than him, but still has a connection with him until they grew up. They never left each others sides.

But when Chris saw that Emilia was being hunted and tracked by a one of her jealous co-actors, he did his best to protect Emilia. He would always look out for her, checks their surroundings whenever they go out.

But when he knew that the patience of the tracker was growing thin, he knew that whatever happens, Emilia is safe and alive. So he took the tracker's plan on killing her." Mycroft turns around.

"He really was a good man. You must have understood why Emilia was grieving so heavily. Losing someone, or something, who was dear to you, really is a heartbreaker." Mycroft said sternly.

Mycroft clears his throat," Anyway, is that all you want to know about your said client?"

I don't know what he was pointing at but it felt like there was something deeper in Emilia's backstory...

But I need to get back and apologize to Emilia, for Sherlock's actions of course.

"Um, yeah. Thank you for the information, Mycroft." I stood up and walked my way to the door.

Emilia's POV ( warning: may contain obscene scenes. Read at your risk!)

I walked out of Chris' apartment, my 'old' home, and headed to Prufock Cafe. Sherlock really got into my nerves and made me snap.
