After the weird shit that happened at the gates, the party was just getting started as Elena went immediately to the beer canisters to drink her night away while Caroline tagged along.
"Really Elena? Drinking now?" Caroline said judgingly as she pressed the tap for beer in the red cup.
Elena did a light back flip off of one of the beer canisters while getting a few wolf whistles and cheers from her drunken peers while wiping her mouth.
"First of all, I didn't just start drinking and secondly, that is a bit judgmental of you as I recall correctly that you snuck some of your mom's wine in that 'Hello Kitty' bottle two weeks ago.". Elena called out as she took Carolines' cup.
" First, that was because I was stressed, secondly, I'm allowed because I am more responsible! " Caroline declared to Elena who knew that her statement was far from the truth.
"You liar Caroline!" Elena said as she played around with Caroline who tried to plead her case but was interrupted by a particularly smelly wolf.
"Hey, hey, hey. What is the fussing about?" He joked.
"It sure wasn't about you, Tyler." Caroline glared as his presence dampered her mood.
Elena sighed as she sensed a tight shift as Tyler scoffed at her comment. The air between them has been weird ever since their last break up.
"Oh, um, Caroline was just telling me about how much more responsible she is than me." Elena rolled her eyes as she spoke.
"But she isn't." Tyler said, confused.
"Like I said." Elena quipped as she sipped her (Caroline's) cup of beer.
Caroline crossed her arms as she looked away.
"Of course you would agree with her..." She whispered to herself.
There was a split silence before Tyler spoke.
"Well, I do agree with the fact that neither of you should be drinking." Tyler said, trying to play both cards.
"I would say the same thing." A mysterious voice spoke.
Elena looked up before widening her eyes and spitting a bit of her beer out as Caroline followed her eyes to the broad-shouldered and broody man as she fixed her pouty posture into a more desperate one or at least that's what Tyler would say as he spotted her, he put himself in the most manliest position he could, something that would make any girl laugh.
"Heyyy Stefan." Elena said as she straightened herself and put the solo cup down.
"Hey Elena." He smiled as he put his hands in his pocket.
"Caroline." He nodded as she put on her most pageant worthy smile.
He gave Tyler a tight lipped smile.
"I see you don't have any more boys toilet paper on your shoe anymore." He joked as she looked at her foot and smiled.
"No I guess not." She shrugged and smiled at him.
Caroline looked confused.
"What does that mean?"She questioned.
