I left early that Morning with everything packed and Ned loaded up into the trailer ready to go when I got there. I climbed into the passenger side of the truck and the driver started the engine and drove on towards Moorland. This is going to be a really long trip..
I pulled my phone out to scroll through Instagram to see what was going on in the world of horses this morning but there was nothing to interesting for me to read so I stuffed my phone into my jackets pocket and dozed off into sleep for next two hour drive.

2 Hours Later

I woke up as the engine stopped and I gave my thanks to the driver before getting out to unload Ned and get him situated in his stall. The driver also hopped out to help unload my luggage out of the truck. "Please be careful with the bag that's labeled 'Canon' That's my camera equipment and if the camera body or lens get broken you'll be the one to replace them if my insurance can't.," I sounded rude as I said this but it was true, if something happened to her camera equipment she would've been doomed. Photography was a second hobby of hers and she had a passion in it as she had with riding Horses. "Yes Ma'am.," came the response as he carefully picked the camera bag up. I nodded as a thank you and went to unlatch and open the trailer revealing My dappled grey gelding 'Chemical Beat' who is also known as Ned. "How's my good boy doing? Ready to go see your new stall and stretch your legs?," I asked as a smile stretched across my face as I unclipped the ropes that were connected to his halter before clipping his black lead rope on his halter and led him out. Moorland was a nice small place and it was also welcoming. We made it into the stables and my eyes wandered everywhere to look for the stall that had a wooden plate with Ned's show name on it. "Ah here we are boy.," I said as I reached out to unlatch the lock to let Ned inside.
These stalls are really nice looking and have great space. "I'll be back later to give you what you need alright? I have to unpack some of my stuff in the apartment I'm staying in.," I said to him as if he could understand me, which he couldn't.
I wondered to myself where all the other riders could be at since all their horses were stalled.
As I walked out of the stables I looked around at the new place with a small smile on my lips. When I got to my apartment all of my stuff had already been unloaded and put inside which was most definitely great. I first started to unpack my clothes by hanging them or putting them in the drawers that were in the bedroom I had. It feels so great to have a place to myself for once. I thought to myself before a knock interrupted my thoughts. I walked to the front door and opened it to a lady with semi long dark brown hair wearing riding attire. "Hello, My name is Maria and I've been assigned to be your Riding Instructor for Cross Country. Bea is it?," she said with a welcoming smile upon her face "Yes I'm Bea. Thank you so much for taking me in to do Cross Country Lessons here in Moorland.," I replied with as I out stretched my hand to shake hers. "Oh it's no biggie, I'm glad someone is taking an interest in Cross Country around here in Moorland mostly because the other riders mainly do Dressage or Western riding.," she said and I gestured her to come in so we could talk for a bit about how things will go and what is expected and such.
After about 20 minutes of talking to each other Maria finally had left to go do some other stuff around the area. Bea reaches for her phone in her pocket to check the time to see that it was 1:02 pm.
"I should probably eat that sandwich I had packed with my water since Maria said a stable girl already was on the job giving Ned what he needs and putting her tack and supplies on her own rack in the stables.
She sat and ate alone in the bland looking room in silence as she played out what she would do tomorrow and for the rest of the day today.

Hi Everyone! Thank you so much for reading the first chapter of my Story 'New Beginnings'! It may not be that good at the moment but will get semi better I guess you could say when I get more chapters out!
The story you are reading is a more in depth of a Realistic roleplay I'm doing on Instagram with a game called Star Stable. I take photos in the game to make edits of horses with repositioning and such and then have a story to go along with it.
