Every single time the Shinkengers are introduced. It feels like they need to wear that uniform when that moment plays out. It also helps that the theme that plays is kickass.
My other favorite has to be the opening sequence of Dynaman.
Seriously. HAVE YOU LOOKED AT THESE EXPLOSIONS?!??!?!?!
You can joke that this was before the Michael Bay era of explosions.
