Tony, McGee and Cassidy made their way onto the dirt road by the truck as Tony kept calling out for the other agent. "Beckett! Becks! Great! She's lost, she was never good with woods was she? Why didn't you give her your GPS thingie Probie?" McGee didn't answer, instead he plucked the picture from the windshield quickly pulling his gun making the other two agents do the same. "She's not lost," he stated scanning the area. "What's going on?" "She's been kidnapped," he answered and showed the picture to them. It showed Beckett with her hands tied behind her back and duck tape across her mouth with blood on the side of her face as she laid in the trunk of a car. Tony's stomach did a flip and he felt a lump form in his throat. McGee sighed feeling his stomach clench painfully before he looked at Tony. Gibbs was gonna kill them. "McGee where is my list of every visitor and phone call Boone's had since being in prison?!" "Working on it boss." "Tony?" Gibbs turned when he didn't answer seeing Tony's head down at his desk daydreaming. "Tony? Back up teams in place?" He jumped up quickly, "Yeah..... I never should've let her take off like that alone, boss. I'm sorry." Gibbs sighed and went to answer when Abby walked in, "The Polaroid of Beckett is clean; there's no prints, no DNA. I'm sorry Gibbs I screwed up." "You screwed up?" "We should have known there was more than one killer. I only ran the Jane Does up until the time Boone was captured. All four have gone missing in the last three years." Gibbs turned pointing to McGee, "Concentrate on Boone's contacts over the past three years!" Abby stared at the polarid that was on the screen above Beckett's empty desk, as did Tony making her sigh with regret, "We can't lose another agent, we can't lose Beckett. I can't take this." McGee stood up from his desk after making files appear on screen for everyone to see, "Okay our best bet is a guy named John Frederick Briggs. In the last three years he's logged 229 phone calls and visited Boone 96 times." Gibbs nodded looking at his picture, "He's writing Boone's biography." "He's living it," "He's off to a good start. Dishonorably discharged from the army in '92, arrested for domestic disturbance in 2000 for besting his girlfriend-" "Find him!"

McGee did as Gibbs asked, also pulled up GPS on his cellphone getting a praise from Gibbs and Tony before they rolled out. But Tony didn't leave without reassuring Abby they would not lose Beckett. She woke up in a moving trunk extremely disoriented, groaning loudly. The small space seemed to move in squeezing her, making her throat burn as she tried to breath, slamming her shoulder into the roof of the trunk before being jostled roughly. Her hyperventilating was getting worse as she saw spots in her vision. Gibbs sped down the road as McGee fed him directions. Tony gripped the dashboard and if he didn't feel so panicked about Beckett he would have made a comment about saying he's never seen Gibbs drive like this but he kept his mouth shut. "Okay Briggs cell provider is relaying us his location. He's in movement," "He's headed out of D.C in the 190 West." Abby said looking at the map with Cassidy. "He's getting off the 190 at Oakley. If you get off at MacArthur, you might make it before him." "How far is he?" "Less than a mile." They spotted Briggs and Gibbs pulled in front of him, his gun drawn with Tony. "Keep your hands on the wheel! Keep them up!" "Okay, what the hell's going on?" Gibbs ripped him from the seat and slammed him into the back door, "Where is she!?" "Okay I have every right to be here. Heard from a guard you found the bodies, I want to see them." "Shut up." Gibbs quickly tried to open the trunk, fumbling with the keys once before he got it open only to slam it shut harshly when he saw it was empty.

Beckett roused from her sleep again, after passing out, when the duct tape was ripped off her mouth roughly. Seeing attorney Adam O'Neil kneeling above her. "Hello," he spoke before pulling her by her feet across the floor of the barn. She groaned rolling her head back, "What did you do to me?" "I hit you in the head with a shovel my dear." He stroked her face and she tried to shake him off but her tied figure made the fight minimal. "Did you, kill that woman we found?" "I did," he smiled. He actually smiled before smacking her on her cheek, the red hand print showing up on her fair skin rather quickly. "How many more are there O'Neil?" He circled her like she was pray as he counted on his fingers, "you will make five." He took a picture of her, then another. "How did Boone turn his lawyer into his replacement?" "Do you really think I'm Boone's lawyer by coincidence? Come on! You're supposed to be smart Agent Beckett. See I, I sought Boone out." He quickly reached down and ripped at her shirt until the buttons came undone showing off her bra making him take another picture smiling. "Why?" He lowered the camera before making his way to the table, sorting out different sized knifes. "So I could learn from him. Learn from the best. And you, you're my graduation present. Boone said you were beautiful, and he was right," he turned and kicked her once, than twice, then three times. "You know you can scream if you want too, it's allowed." She stayed silent and he gripped her head making her turn over on her stomach as Adam felt up her backside, "Kyle says he wants Agent Gibbs to remember him for a long, long time after he's gone. So you and me, we're gonna take this nice and slow. Kyle says Gibbs is sweet on you, and I'm willing to bet you're sweet on him. So this is going to be so, much fun." He swings his arm out so the knife he was holding slashed into her arm deeply making him laugh. Beckett took a deep breath before pushing herself up, standing on her feet a little unsteady. "Oh a fighter huh? I haven't had one of those before," he said before charging at her.
