3 months.

no contact with jack.

they went all of october without contact.

jack was still going to classes, well he skipped a lot. but it didn't bother him much he needed the sleep.

he got worst.

he got skinnier.

but it was a saturday and he decided to charge his phone the night before.

he slowly grabbed it off of he nightstand and turned it on.

the apple popped up to show it was turning on, dings were heard as he typed in the password.

he had messages and messages and calls upon calls from his family

most were from zach or his mom.

he decided to do what he planned which was to break all ties with his friends.

jack turned his phone back off and he sat there on the ground as he thought

"finally. i'm done." he thought

"i don't have to worry about them hating me anymore, i won't be used anymore" he thought with a smile as he slowly climbed back in bed.

zach broke down after he got the message. he instantly called clo and she came over in a snap.

as zach sits in his room with chloe crying he thinks of all the things he lost. all of the memories and promises, all of the love that he waisted for the boy.

forever and always they said but in reality it was just now and sometimes.

"zach it's okay just breathe" chloe says as she tries to comfort the boy

"clo you don't get it at all!! he was everything" zach cries out as he runs his hands over his face

zach thought that maybe the whole reason jack was distant was because jack wanted him to hurt, jack wanted him to feel worthless, jack wanted him to feel unloved. but that's not true.

it was the total opposite. zach just didn't know.

everyone else in the squad was freaking out. they didn't know what to do or think. they had no clue on what was going on. they couldn't get ahold of jack anymore and zach was clearly having a breakdown.

all they could do was talk to eachother but none of them had a lick of sense on what was going on.

jack was still sleeping.

all he knew was he got rid of the bad people in his life. the ones who didn't care who brought him down who thought he was worthless.

or so he thought.

if only jack realized how much those people loved him and needed him.

jacks mom was freaking out more than anything. she was having a breakdown as she thought of all the bad things that could be going on and to why jack messaged her that.

sydnie was trying to calm her mother down so maybe she could think straight but it wasn't working to well.

kristin and zach.

two totally different people, in different states, both having a breakdown over the same boy. both of them loved jack with all of their heart. but he broke both of them.

kristin and zach were the ones who meant the most to the small boy and he destroyed both of them with a text.

but in his mind he was saving himself.
